The price is alright I guess.
And it’s clean.
Communication is nonexistent.
Many things were broken in the apartment, but the most dangerous one was the window of the balcony which was broken such as we couldn’t lock it when we went outside/ sleep.
So it was constantly scary, we took our valuables with us whenever we went for walking or eating, and this includes 2 laptops so jt was very uncomfortable.

Great location. Room was quite big. Overall really enjoyed my stay.
Some things in the room have aged a bit and could be redone. For a ‘superior’ room I didn’t expect for example name carvings on the table. It’s not something that matters much to me - as long as it’s clean, comfortable and has good location I can overlook minor details, but for anyone that will be upset over this, please beware the renovation isn’t super fresh)

What i like the most:
1-the location is perfect very close to the beach & restaurants also it is 2 minutes walking away from the street where all the pubs with live Greek music located.
2-security
The building has main gate where it is always locked.
3-the WiFi is very good with 250 Mbps.
Yes i come back to this hotel.

It was in the city centre. Walking distance from the main road. All facilities are available.
There was awful smell at night from the sink. The air conditioner was very loud. Without it you wouldn’t sleep. And with it also. Because of noise. Near the building the roads were destroyed and there was much dust.

Everything was amazing, and this is not our first time renting at Stephanie Studios. However, I did not rate it as “wonderful” due to one main issue: whenever we used the shower, bath, or flushed the toilet, a very bad sewage smell came out. The odor would linger and did not go away quickly.

- Good location not far from the centre/beach
- Nice and polite reception staff and possibility to store luggage pre/post check in/out
- Clear and simple check in process (Just pay attention to notes and address where u pick up the keys, it’s not the same location)
- Apartment has all the needed basics
- Building has a lift
- It would be good to have more towels for use
- Some streets around are under construction and is a bit annoying when passing through them (nothing to do with these apartments of course nor their fault). It’s really unbelievable they do this in a middle of tourist season.

The Air Conditioning was struggling to get the room to less than 28 C. To be fair, it was around 35-38 each day outside. They need to tune up the air con or get a new one that can support the heat and humidity in the area.

Location is ideal, you are in the center close to all amenities and cafes
Keys were in another address 250 meters away, they write to you that they can be picked up there. When you enter Stephanie Studios you feel in an old narrow building. Smell in the corridor, probably cheap cleaning liquids, chlorine mostly. Curtains only for dark room, no light curtains. Neighbour across can see directly into the entire room when opening the balcony. Kitchen has all you need. Just the kettle, accessories all cheapest version, no dishwasher. Fridge noisy, together with the air conditioner you have quite some noise, especially when sleeping. Price is not justified tbh. 30 euro would be fine but as it was the month of August they maxed it out. Otherwise stay away as there are many good alternatives with updated facilities. Bathroom has no appeal, needs urgent update. Shower hanger falls down. Water pressure is very low, air fan is old and loud.

The apartments are located in the downtowns of Larnaca. You can not be closer to the city center.
Self checkin is easy.
There is an elevator and a laundry room in the building.
Apartments don't look like in the pictures. It's much simpler, with no blue covers or furniture.
We have booked 2 apartments. One was ok, another has terrible smell coming from both bathroom and living room. It was challenging to sleep there.
Furniture is quite old.
A mop and cleaning stuff was just sitting near the shower. Did not enjoy ot neither.
So I would rate one apartment as 6, another as 8, the average is 7.

I liked the location - just at the central street. The apartment is spacious and comfortable for budget travelers. I liked that the host left a converting adapter, so we were able to charge our mobiles. There is a fully equipped kitchen if you decide to cook at the property. The host was flexible to accept a late check in and leave the key at the property fpr self check in.
The building staircase was not clean enough and it gave us a not very pleasant first impression. There were construction works going on just beside the studio, but we were informed about that prior arrival.

The location was excellent—very central and close to everything. The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in was smooth and easy.
The bathroom could use some updates, and the walls were a bit thin, so it was occasionally noisy.
