Excellent location, near the beach and in the very centar of the city! Spacious, and safe.We had late check in and it was in the next door hotel and very easy! We had service during the stay, towels have been changed after three days.
There are club below the apartment and it was noisy in the evening. The soundprofing is not so good.

Outstanding customer service. Location was 50 meters from the beach. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Room was recently remodeled which made it extremely comfortable and clean in appearance.

Close to the beach, a few sightseeing locations, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. A calm neighborhood, sufficient for a good night sleep. Check in is anytime, which is good. There is a bus stop nearby that goes straight to the airport. Staff is friendly.
Water pressure in the shower is very low, takes a while to take a shower. Somewhat confusing how to reach the room. There are a lot of doors to the room and main door tends to get stuck, I had trouble opening it a few times. The staff was there and helped me out. Should be looked at and fixed.

Location, location, location! Convenient and close to everything. A 3-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, clubs, convenience stores, etc. The apartment was cozy, and everything was stocked well.
Our room (001, family room) was located close to a bar, so on Friday night it was quite noisy until about 1 am. Otherwise, it was great. Also, there are a lot of stairs to get to the lobby, so dealing with a stroller in this setting wasn't ideal. Same goes for the entrance to the apartment, it's a staircase right away, so you we had to fold the stroller and lift it each time. Not a big deal, but yes something to note for families with babies.
Our washer didn't work, but they have general washing machines on the third floor available.
There are only 4 or 5 channels on the TV and all in Greek.

Great location, very friendly staff and nice terrace on 3rd floor. Elevator (there were a bit stairs to get in but it’s not too bad). Overall clean.
Old furniture and not in very best shape. Toilet that was not quite standing still, mattress that was much little than a bed and outer light that was always on.

Very noisy doors ? and a noisy bar form ground floor; the windows are not soundproof (like you always have the window opened).

I recommend this location, because it was the only one in Larnaca that accepted us with a large dog. The apartment had 2 rooms, spacious, clean, cleaning is done every 3 days or on request, one of the maids is a super cute Romanian who likes dogs.
