We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The staff were wonderful, especially Katherina and Stela at the reception and Andy from the restaurant, who made our stay a real pleasure. Highly recommended!

The view from the room was amazing! We have enjoyed the breakfast a lot, there were a lot of choices and the food was delicious and always fresh and warm/hot and never cold.
We took B&B option and travelled to other beaches, so I cannot rate lunch/dinner and other facilities like pools and hotel beach. We only took a walk there and the pool water was incredibly clean, as well as the hotel beach. We have ordered room service one time, and the food was delicious!
Bus stations were right in front of the hotel so it is quite easy to get to Larnaca or Aiya Napa.
We came at the end of the season, and hotel was closed the last day of our visit. We have checked out in the morning and left our luggage in the hotel. When we came back in the evening to pick-up our luggage and prepare for the flight, Guest Relations Team member let us into the hotel (even though it was not working anymore due to end of season) and arranged us a room so we can get a shower and reset for our flight. She made us really comfortable, offering us coffee, water and snacks. Big, big thanks for that! Really amazing staff and people.
I would warmly recommend this hotel.
The WiFi signal in our room was poor, but usable.
We have ordered room service, as I have stated. When the staff member delivered us the food, I have asked about cleaning up the dirty plates. He said that the cleaning ladies will pick it up tomorrow. That could be improved, since plates were smelly staying in our room overnight.

main pool was cold (end of Oct), sat at the beach lovely set up and gardens. Left early so no breakfast for us. Less than 20mins to get to the airport.

The hotel was very clean, bright and comfortable. The area is green and pretty.
The staff is very friendly and food is tasty and fresh. They also offer really nice bear and homemade wine in all inclusive package. The beach is very close to the hotel, which is super convenient, especially with children.
Indoor swimming pool could be in better condition.

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday at Sandy Beach Hotel! Even in October, the weather was perfect — around 27°C, sunny, and ideal for relaxing by the sea.
Our mornings began with **peaceful walks**along the beach and coffee by the pool followed by an outstanding **breakfast buffet** with plenty of fresh and delicious choices. Days were spent **swimming in the calm sandy bay** and soaking up the Mediterranean sunshine. Before dinner, we enjoyed **playing tennis**, which was a great way to unwind and stay active.
Evenings with **beautiful sunsets over the sea** and **buffet dinners** featuring a wonderful mix of international and local Cypriot dishes.
The entire hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Most of all, the **staff were exceptional** always friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us feel completely at home.
Overall, a truly memorable and relaxing holiday— we can’t wait to return! ?

The private beach front was very nice, and the pool was also very nice and goes up to 3 meters which was very very fun! Just sitting and chillaxing there was top notch
The room was very clean, and has a massive space, the patio had a sea and pool view. We also enjoyed watching the planes fly by at night there.
The staff was amazing, and the hotel overall was very clean
The spa is also very good, we had a great massage there.
Breakfast was tasty, good omlet, recommended.
There were no outlets next the bed, our phones kept on dying on us during the day because of that.
The internet is not good, it never connected on our patio, and was very very slow, and sometimes even unusable.
The bathroom had no outlets as well, and the water pressure is very bad in the shower.
The breakfast doesn’t have a good sweet selection, and the coffee is too strong and sour.
It is about 20 mins away from the center in the bus, it was a non issue for us since we didn’t plan on going there everyday, but just an FYI.

The lobby, pools and beach are amazing. The lobby served free cold drinks throughout the day and coffee, cakes, yogurts etc every morning for the early risers. The beach is basically private and is very practically part of the hotel. Great restaurants across the road 2-5 minute walk. Breakfast was great. Very relaxing and quiet. Planning to come back. Staff where very helpful. Everything was very clean. If youre looking for nightlife than look elsewhere, if your looking for peace and quiet than this is your place.
The rooms could be furnished slightly better. A coffee machine would be great.

The pools are great, there was two main pools, and infant one, two mail pools are "connected", and the beach has easy access, close, very clean and nice.
the staff is very kind and helpfull, the hotel is very clean even tough it wass full, they kept high quality clean and food in the resturant
not too much tavernas in the area (walking), if willing to walk extra 20 - 30 minutes, you can find, but considering we`re traveling with children, and after a day of swimming, we prefered taking the bus

Disappointed with the "All Inclusive" – It’s Not What You Expect
We paid for the All Inclusive package, and like most travelers, we expected it to include everything—as it does in most other resorts. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
For example, you can order a rum and cola, but not a Cuba Libre. There’s a very limited “All Inclusive” drink menu, and anything outside of that—even common cocktails like a Daiquiri—comes at an extra charge. I had read reviews mentioning certain drinks were included, but that didn’t match our experience.
There’s also a waffle and ice cream section, which you’d assume is included—but it’s not. It’s another added cost.
The overall feeling was that we paid for something labeled “All Inclusive,” but ended up having to pay extra for things that should clearly be part of it. It felt misleading, if not like a bit of a scam.
My suggestion: if you want to limit what’s included, don’t call it All Inclusive. Or, better yet, raise the price—$50 more per day would be worth it—and include everything. All drinks, all snacks, all meals.
Because of this experience, I wouldn’t come back.
