My stay was overall pleasant. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. However, I couldn't help but notice that some of the facilities were showing signs of age. Despite this, the cleanliness and functionality were maintained. Considering the price paid, I believe the quality of service outweighed the older facilities. Would recommend for budget-conscious travelers looking for good value for money.

Cute hotel close to the promenade. Super friendly and supportive staff. Nice breakfast. We had a good time. Balcony with view to the pool.
Small and rather old bathroom, the door was difficult to close. A bit noisy at night because of other guests.

It is easy to check in, the place suppose to be quiet.
Place is close to the beach. Good balcony
Breakfast is very simple. Continental. Very simple.
Water in the sink worked only hot.
Place is nice but a bit old.
Just in front of my room were staying group of teenagers and they were making noise. Couldn't really rest. Asked to stop making noise. They were playing at 11 pm.

Facilities are old and unkempt. We felt like the place was a little dingy. Bed was hard and sheets didnt feel like they were all that clean.

Location - near to the sea / to the centre of Larnaca.
5 min to the airport by taxi (20 ).
15-20 min to the airport by bus 425.
Friendly & helpfull hotel stuff.
Price vs. quality.
Breakfast was basic but still enough.
Dinner was delicious (served in other 4* hotel).
Some of the guests were really noisy, were slamming the doors, jumping on the floor, shouting.

Not far from sea front in a residential area so not noisy (from outside).
Breakfast included in the price, and something for everyone to eat.
Reception and other staff are welcoming and helpful.
Cleaning staff especially the woman on the 3rd floor did an excellent job.
Left luggage lockers at 2 good value and piece of mind allowing you to go out without luggage on final day once checked out.
Bedrooms need to be refurbished - balcony door continuously kept getting stuck on a floor tile causing a loud scraping sound. Plastic 1970 / 1980 room furniture - it's dated and the room needs seats...
Double bed only had 2 small pillows in room - difficult to sleep...
Bathroom - the bath enamel covering was peeling and when you got out of the shower bits were stuck to your feet..It was slippy and at times dangerous. The bath could easily be taken out and a walk in shower installed in it's place (easier to maintain, clean and safer). The bathroom door wasn't full size and wouldn't close. The cold water from sink was sporadic in delivery - not great for brushing teeth.
Noise from other rooms, late at night sounded like a hen night was in full swing..Thankfully hotel staff attended to quieten them down. But it also made you wonder about noise from your own room.

I really enjoyed my stay at San Remo Hotel & thank all the staff on making me feel welcome & for your excellent service. I loved the location & my balcony view of the pool. Breakfast was delicious & so were the cocktails & drinks at the bar. Location was excellent too. Wifi also was great. Thanks for giving me the room I requested too on my return. Lloyd.
