Clean and safe property; AC unit was working very well all our sejour; a lot of restaurants and supermarkets in the imediate vicinity; very close to the beach and others destinations like vegetables and fruits market. The hosts were very helpful.

Room was big, check-in went smoothly, location was central and close to the sea.
This place currently has several downsides:
- hot water pressure is extremely weak and the water itself is not very hot;
- there is huge construction going on right next to this property, producing terrible noise. Most of my stay was during Christmas holidays so I was only partially affected.
Additionally it was not a 1-bedroom apartment as advertised, but a 1-room studio.

There was a flea in one room, so my friend was bitten all over his body!!!!!!
Several group members started allergy. When we enter in hotel there was terrible smell of cleaning products.
Also there was shower problems, water was cold.

It third time I am staying in this hotel
And this time was the worst room ever,everything seems to be abondend,need refreshment
Beds too old, shower does not have any door at all,and the water did not go through either,all bathroom in water for all day

Great location, 5 min to the beach and to the bus station where the buses the other cities start
A lot of restaurants/cafes nearby
The restaurant below has live music during weekends, very loud (if you are light sleeper you will have issues)
Kitchen is not equipped so well, this is more like a hotel room with kitchen. You can eat some basic stuff but not enough stuff for cooking/making food
Some parts of the paint from the wall was falling off, a renovation should be performed
