Our stay was very successful. The apartments were cozy, clean and comfortable. The area was nice and peaceful. The manager was extremely cheerful, very nice, eloquent and very helpful. We are very satisfied with our stay. We sincerely recommend it!!!

Location was perfect: near the beach, a view was very pleasant, a few restaurants and bars nearby. The room was very comfortable and there was enough space for 2 adults and 1 kid
It was very noisy. Too loud: cars, people, church bells .....

Wonderful
It is in the perfect spot of Larnaca where everything you can reach fast. Also, it was nice we were able to cook at home.
The shower doors seemed strange because it did not close properly.

The location was sensational, complemented by the balcony which overlooks the square. The room was large, lots of space to potter with excellent lighting. The staff were ok, but do ask questions a lot. However, I would certainly recommend.
The parking situation is to be desired. Its wishing a gated compound which is ok, however the locals have no consideration for this and park across the entrance. This means you have to wait until they return to their cars or just beep your car horn loud enough that someone comes along. Or in fact find somewhere else to park at an extra cost.

good location, close to bus station to the airport, close to shops/center/beach. lovely view from the window. spacious appartment, good amenities.
the only thing that could be improved was the window/balcony isolation. you could hear all street noise/Sunday service from the nearby church

Location was amazing! You could not wish for better one! :) Ladies who worked there were great! They washed flora every day, Thank you! We got coplimentary toast and coffee, that was really nice. Thank you.
The rooms were sweet but a little bit oldish, so they had no .soul I would like to say. They should be improved.

Location
Cold, dirty in the bathroom, mold. The air conditioner didnt work properly and every day the electricity went out in the entire room and lobby for a long time. One time we were freezing all night! The cleaning ladies didn't put toilet paper in our room, the TV is small and doesn't work. We were not given a refund for power outages. There is a kitchen, but the dishes are in terrible condition, yellow and chipped.

- fantastic location with many restaurants - stunning view on the church - friendly staff - towels changed daily
- no light in the entrance hall - the room is much more basic than on the photos - the bathroom NEEDS urgent renovation, plenty of black mould in the shower - no tea/coffee in the room (although there was complimentary tea/coffee/fruit/cake in the hotel building across the street)

We notified the venue that we would be arriving early, primarily to enquire whether there would be anywhere to leave bags, and reception was really quick to reply. When we got to the hotel they were extremely accommodating and immediately checked with housekeeping to see if our room was already available.
Some of the lighting in the foyer area and lower stairwell was not working, although I'm sure this was a temporary issue. There was a particularly musty smell in the first floor corridor, possibly due to a water leak at some point, this didn't affect the room at all.
