soundproofing , the door to the street is wood and not sound proof , and there is a glass door in hallway when someone close it it make a huge noise so it wake you up if you sleeping

I liked the location and the hosts.
the hotel and appartement weren't clean. at my arrival, me and my friends booked several rooms in the apartment parts, the smell of my room was really really bad, we asked the host to give me an other room but no available apartment was left so she gave me a room at the hotel part (so far from my friends) and saying refund was not possible. once in my hotel room, the water was a bit smelly and not the room not that clean...

Hotel Operetta is an annex and "apartment hotel" of Hotel Opera that is located nearby and across the square of the Church of St. Lazarus. The location is fantastic and cannot be beat - it is in the heart of the old town of Larnaka and a short walk to the church, markets, the beach, and the Christmas celebrations. Several parking lots are located in short proximity and cost either two or three Euros per day. We stayed at the lot on Mehmet Ali street and it was very convenient to the hotel.
As far as the Hotel room, it is basically an apartment overlooking Lazarus Church and had a small, but functional kitchen for those who are planning longer stays or want to save money by preparing their own food. The bed in our room was enormous and much appreciated, as often the beds in Cyprus are really narrow.
The staff for the Hotel Operetta sit in the reception across the plaza and were friendly and helpful when we asked for assistance. They even supplied us with a Type G adaptor that saved us on our first night in the country until I found some for sale.
If you are looking for a hotel with 24 hour reception, a spa, or room service, then the Hotel Operetta is not for you. My only "complaint" from our stay was that the room was not well lit and could definitely use a bed lamp. In the end, I read my book using a head lamp that I take with me when traveling. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and would stay there again.

The location is excellent though the view shown in the picture is now covered by a tree but none the less its in the city centre walking distance from everything.lot of coffee shops around cozy place to stay clean bathrooms and a has a small kitchen area

everything was nice, especially the view. it was right in the center, so everything was close, even the bus station
the shower head was falling from the hoose and it was leaking. the door of the shower got stuck and it could not be oppened or closed. the curtain was full of dust flakes and it got stuck on me after puting lotion

The staff, the location, the restaurants nearby. 15 min from airport.
No soundproof. Hearing every noise outside. And there are plenty of noise. Very basic room.

The location is just perfect, and the room we got was very spacious.
The place is very old and poorly kept. The room was dark at night time, as there weren't enough lamps, and there were only two electricity sockets.

Service on arrival not very welcoming also they said the room may not be ready ? We already emailed in advance saying there at 3pm so had sit longer waiting to get into our room, room was little dirty ripped bed sheets.mould around bathroom shower toilet roll holder broke also shower door handle missing Awful direct views ?

Massive, spotless room with windows that could open, overlooking Saint Lazarus church square and two blocks from Finikoudes Beach. Diana the host was excellent with her communications prior to arrival and was very warm and welcoming in person. Plenty of dining and bar options everywhere.

Wonderful
We are a family 2 adults with 2 kids chose this hotel for connection before the next flight, quickly got there in the evening by taxi and in the morning by bus, which stops right next to the hotel.
The hotel is centrally located, next to a nice square where you can eat and listen to live music.
Very nice people at the reception desk, and we were satisfied.
