The lady in the reception was so helpful..
And the whole staff is nice..
The breakfast also is good with quality and variety but they need to add more quantities..
Location is good
The facilities, no ventilation in the toilet..
The coffee and milk are so limited just one per day!
They
need to change the curtains not clean in the room and the accessibility to use the kettle is not easy ..it is not cheap to have like these facilities

Strange glass doors of bathrooms, on morning sunlight coming into the room through the bathroom window and the door making sleep impossible.

Toilets/plumbing were of the type that you can't flush toilet paper. This is just about my only complaint or aspect to be aware of, and this might just be common in the country.

Room was very old, agly and extremely cold. Airconditioner was working but not heating at all. Very dirty and dusty. Supposed to have city vew but all we got was ruined bilding in ftont of us and verrrry dirty balcon. The beds were vary soft so we could not sleep good.

Great location, and free parking available behind the hotel. Big spacious room.
Our room felt dated and tired, with a too soft mattress and a sink so small that you couldn’t fill the kettle.
Breakfast was skimpy. I appreciate the effort to ensure that the food is hot and fresh, but quantity left much to be desired.
Some renovations are underway, so hopefully things get better.

Disappointing
The location was great. The corniche was within walking distance. The bus terminal was also within walking distance for those who prefer public transportation.
I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews I read, but my experience was disappointing. Firstly, the directions to the hotel provided on my first day were poor, so I spent hours trying to find it. With better directions, it could have been a smooth experience.
When I finally arrived, I encountered two employees smoking in the reception area, which also doubled as the dining area. Later, when I chose to dine, I informed one of the staff that I am asthmatic and that the smoke would affect me. Her response was simply to suggest I sit elsewhere.
Given that it was winter, I expected the hotel to provide a more comfortable room with adequate heating. When I inquired about increasing the heat, I was told that it was already set to maximum and that the room was fine. At one point, I noticed that my door wasn't locking properly, and a so-called carpenter had to come and make repairs. Since I was inconvenienced, I expected some form of compensation; however, none was offered.
The only exception was one woman from Ukraine, whose name I can't recall. She was quite helpful and had a pleasant demeanor. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were the most unfriendly people I have ever encountered.
The breakfast was minimal. Fork was the favorite meat served for meat-eaters. There were no options for vegetarians or vegans. Overall, this was a horrible choice for accommodations, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The A/C didnt seem to work properly and the fridge made occasional noises and the pillows were too high and breakfast was ok just a bit stale. Otherwise all good.

Wonderful
We had a perfectly comfortable stay and the breakfast was delicious. It was nice having a balcony in the room to enjoy some fresh air. The staff were very nice and it was an easy walk to the shore, local shops, and dining options.
The air conditioner in our room probably needed to be recharged/serviced. It couldn't cool down the room no matter how long it was on for.

Location is great, close to St Lazarus church, Larnaca fort and at walking distance of the sea corniche. The room was very large and pretty quiet, breakfast with a large choice of dishes, easy to park at close distance.

It was a truly wonderful place to stay! The staff went above and beyond—our booking had a few issues, but the way they handled everything was remarkable and stress-free. We were given an incredibly clean and comfortable room, which made our stay with our toddler very enjoyable.
The food was another highlight: while in some places you only find a few good options, here everything was delicious. Every dish was fresh and flavorful—our toddler literally licked his fingers after each meal and always left the table with a happy, full tummy.
The atmosphere is warm and cozy, making it a perfect choice for families. We felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend this place and are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Location is good, about 10 minutes walking to the beach and market. But the staff are unfriendly, I don’t want to call them rude but especially the old lady and guy, they are not kind. There are more hotels in the same location. You can try looking for the same area with same level.

1-The location is wonderful, next to restaurants, coffee shops, and stores.
2- breakfast was delicious, and fully packed with everything.
3- there was a very friendly waiter that was the only one smiling when we went to breakfast ?. She was helpful and very kind.
1-Check in is written to be 12:00pm, however, in the hotel they said it’s 2:00pm! On the other hand, we were allowed to check in at 12:15.
2-AC is very weak and doesn’t cool the room well. It stopped a couple of times during our stay.
3-towels are only changed once in our 5 days stay as they say they’re changed only once every 3rd day. Also, the blankets and pillow covers were never changed in our stay.
4- when we checked in the lady said we can have 1 bottle of water everyday, the next day we went to ask about the water and they said it’s a welcoming thing the first day, which is questionable.
