Room was spacious, and comfortable bed.
When I arrived there was no one on the front desk, I was shouting for assistance for 10 minutes. Finally when the receptionist arrived, he shouted at me stating he was only gone 5 minutes. Liar. Got my room, and in the morning at 9am sharp (checkout is at 12) I had a cleaner barge into my room shouting and screaming, room was without any do not disturb signs.

Very nice staff, and daily room cleaning. Breakfast was good with a rotation of some dishes on different days, so it didn't get monotonous.
Would have been nice to have a way to lock the door from inside the room.

Balcony was ok
I'm not sure how this hotel was 7.7 when I was ordering, I think people's standard are so low that if they were given a tent they won't feel the differences.
Basically everything was awful, if you think that the room is soundproof then it's not , you will hear everyone through the door in the corridor and all the footsteps of the guests above.
The curtains are not fully blocking the sunlight.
The bed was giving me back pain when I was trying to sleep on the sides.
The breakfast is very cheap.
The bathroom was ok but the shampoo was so cheap that my hair almost fall out.
