We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. Its location is excellent—right in the center, just a short walk from St. Lazarus Church, and directly across the road from Finikoudes Beach.
The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. The hostess was especially kind, polite, and responsive, always ready to help with any questions or requests.
The only minor drawback is that there is a rock bar on the first floor, which can occasionally be a bit noisy. However, with the windows closed and the air conditioning on, the sound is barely noticeable. On the bright side, for those who enjoy rock music, it can actually be a fun bonus.

I came to Larnaca for the half marathon, and the apartment’s location was absolutely perfect — right next to the starting line. It saved me a lot of valuable time in the morning and made the whole experience much easier. The area itself is amazing and very strategic, close to everything.
The apartment is located directly above a bar, so if someone needs a quiet night of sleep (especially before a race), it might be challenging due to the noise.

the greatest location, only 5 min walk to st lazarus church and only road cross to the beach. central bus station is also near.

Perfect location, very easy to find and near all the attractions, clean, it has perfect insulation to block out the noise from the bars nearby, check in was very smooth. Would definitely recommend!!

the apartment is extremely clean. you have everything you need, an iron, a clothes dryer and even clothespins. The apartment also has a washing machine, enough towels for your stay. The owner also offered us beach towels if we needed them.
It is a bit noisy, considering that there are many bars around the building itself.

First of all, it was very clean, everything was clean and the house smelled clean, there was air conditioning in both rooms that worked very well, the apartment was equipped with all the necessary equipment. It had a balcony and there was almost no noise from the outside (due to the good quality of the windows). Everything was perfect.

The property located few meters from the beach , amazing vibes, the owner was very helpful. Clean room. All furniture in a flat is provided , get your own shampoo, washing powder etc. Located above a bar which is busy at night . Must try PIKLA restaurant below the hotel it was nice food.
Only that it was difficult to find it as it is hidden between buildings, but only because I reached late, and walked to the hotel from the street and I couldn’t locate it . But at the end I did find it .

The location is great, the host is very friendly, the bed was comfortable and the house in general was clean.
The location because its center, there’s a popular bar under the building that can get very noisy . Also we were told there was a free parking , but it wasn’t true .
