Wonderful apartment 30 seconds walk from the beach, 10 mins walk from bus central station, right in the middle of all type restaurants (kfc, mac, etc and italian, sea food specialities, etc). Wonderful view of the sea, beach, sunrise, because of the huge windows. Clean apartment, meets the needs of a few days stay.

The apartment is located in front of Finikoudes beach, in the heart of Larnaca, close to restaurants, cafes and bus stops to all destinations (be careful about the airport bus which no longer stops at Finikoudes station due to road works in Larnaca. You have to go north, about 300-400 m to the central bus station where you can take bus 425). The room is spacious, with a generous air conditioning unit and sufficient kitchen facilities. The keys are collected through a code box, and the host was very kind. She accepted an early check-in which was a great help. I would love to come back.

I had excellent stay in this seaview appartment. Everything was well thought of, easy check in, spotless clean, amazing view! Tastefully decorated apartment, attentive to my needs host, well stocked kitchen to feel like you are at home. There are plenty of restaurants right in the building if you don't want to cook. And you are right in the city center of Larnaca. You can't find a better location and a better host in Larnaca. Highly recommend!

The location was great, the rooms were comfortable, and the host was helpful and responded to questions immediately, even during the holidays. The rooms have everything you might need for everyday life with a baby.
The noise level was high due to the constant operation of the air conditioners, which made it a bit difficult for our baby to sleep.

property location is absolutely fantastic, right on the Marina, meters away from the beach. has a fantastic open view of the sea. owner is quite responsive to any queries raised, very prompt.
some of the furniture look a bit old, can be refreshed possibly but no issues in terms of usage, all work fine.

Staff was helpful and the self check-in was smooth. Location was amazing, a few steps from the beach and the from bars and restaurant. The apartment was sparkling clean and we had everything we needed: towels, plug adaptors, washing machine, dryer beach towels, etc. Shampoo and shower gel were also included. All in all, a great experience!
A bit noisy at night, since it's located just above the restaurants and bars.

I can't complain about a bit of outside noise, the property is in a great position overlooking the beach, so the noise of people below is to be expected. Apartment was well equipped.

Old apartment, Old air conditioning in the bed room , we stayed at city view , you can’t seat outside due to air condition unit noises , old furnitures , its better to stay at the hotel , same price

The location of the apartments is really good 1 minute walk to beach, dead centre of promenade and close to all restaurants
The shower is really bad. Lots of feedback on this but not actioned. It needs a new riser rail and holder. This drove us mad. Horrible dark shower curtain with only a shaver light in bathroom made for poor shower experience, The main head doesn’t even work and the other spray head has a Broken bracket! Pillows poor quality resulting in poor sleep. Basic requirements when offering accomodation need to be addressed to prevent more negative feedback. Furniture is dated and needs updating.
