The staff are always there, which is a big plus for a woman travelling alone. I enjoy the coffee and cake on the little communal terrace every morning, and how they are ready to answer questions. Most rooms have a balcony with a little table and chairs, and there is service to the rooms daily, so it is very clean. I have stayed at a few places in Larnaca before finding this, and it's my favorite.
One receptionist speaks Romanian (yay!) and another both Russian and Ukrainian, and all of them speak English. So it is easy to communicate with the staff.
This is my third stay at this hotel, out of 5 visits to Larnaca, and there is nothing to complain about with the hotel. The rooms can be a little small, but with a great big bed, and this year my room had a gorgeous view of the ancient Church of St. Lazarus and the square. The only issue is that the cheezy bar with live music on the square in the evening has started putting their musician OUTSIDE and amplified, which is a bit crazy and intrudes on the peace of many establishments and not just the hotels. This is new since last year, they used to be only on the inside at that place and many musicians were pretty good. These ones are good, too, but I'm not in the mood every night and not so loud, please. Hopefully by my next visit a horde of neighboring business owners will have gotten them to stop this intrusion.

Excellent location, restaurants, coffee shops, churches around.
Accommodating staff they let me check out late no fees.
Very noisy neighborhood people talking yelling right under my window from early morning throughout the day.
Very small balcony hard to turn around and sit down.
Not clean a lot of hair on the sheets, yucky.

Location
I booked a double room with 2 beds and they gave us 1 bed. She said even though that’s what I booked at I had specify that in a message. At 8:30 pm I went tried to shower but there was no hot water, btw this is in January! After several attempts I asked the front desk, to ask. The lady told me that she turned the hot water off for the hotel. I was shocked! She said she’d turn it back on, however the water never warmed up. The next day the water was hot, because it takes a long time to warm a building! Also shocked at how dirty and moldy the shower is. The front desk are dry and unfriendly. It’s hit or miss with this property. The only good thing is location.

Comfortable rooms in the centre. Close to all shops, restaurants and most important with the best view of saint Lazarus Church.

The location was absolutely perfect — everything was close, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. I also loved the small bakery downstairs, which added a very cozy touch. Overall, the hotel is small but very nicely managed, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming.
The only downside was the early-morning noise. And the noise at night while a service vehicle would arrive, either for trash collection or sewer maintenance.

The stairs. Seniors couldn't get our luggage up to our room and there wasn't any staff willing to help. Went on the street and grabbed to young men who assisted us. Must tell people what to expect. The room was clean.

The location
The room is not clean, especially the floor. The bathroom is in poor condition and quite old. All the lights in the room except one do not work, and the same is true for the bathroom.

A very good location close to the center and restaurants, the beach and bus station. The hotel personnel was very friendly and helpful.
