Disappointing
The price, size of the apartment, cleaned everyday such as a change of towels, emptying of bins, change of bedsheets. A balcony and also plenty of parking nearby. Staff were friendly and willing to help general enquiries.
Toilet not properly sealed to the floor giving off a foul smell, toilet dripping every second that can be heard in the whole apartment. Sink leaking creating wet patch on floor - hire plumber to sort these issues! No hand soap provided or dispenser refilled.
The double bed is simply two very springy single mattresses pushed together.
The fridge didn't work and there was no Aircon.
Noisy neighbour above talking on the phone every night for hours late into the night and random knocks and noises constantly making it hard to get to sleep and stay asleep. Other guests with slamming doors in the early hours too. Even with earplugs you can hear a lot as always other people just don't care. Bring earplugs!

the place is old and not modern BUT it's extremely clean and in a good shape. for a low price you get a whole place for yourself- a bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. 25 minutes by walk to the city center (or you can take a bus- bus stop nearby the hotel), 10 minutes by walk to lidl. very kind and friendly stuff. beds are very hard (I liked it)
too cold in March, AC is not enough to keep the place warm. breakfast is a joke ;) depends on the stuff you get 1-2 slices of: ham, cheese and halumi, an egg, 4 cherry tomatoes and 4 olive oils + drink. for this price you can fill your stomach in for example Zorbas bakery where you can buy a full meal. no travel european adapters, you can buy one at reception for 3 eur

The apartment was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, WiFi worked great, the breakfast was tasty, towels and blankets were clean, and the price was very affordable. I enjoyed staying here and definitely would recommend it to my friends.
It was cold at the apartment when I arrived and it took several hours before it became warm enough, because air conditioners were weak at heating. Also, I didn't find the duvet cover. The breakfast was tasty, but too little for an adult: my suggestion is to add one more boiled egg or make fried eggs out of 2.

A good central position. The apartment was cheap but so were the interior facilities. Very friendly staff on arrival and on checkout.
Despite being clean on arrival, I found a cockroach in the room at 9pm one evening. Cockroaches are not unusual in Cyprus but in December, it was a major surprise.

Position was close to supermarket. Appartment was a studio , felt like home. Breakfast included with the price, made it worth it. 0.5 hrs walk to beach is acceptable in autumn (sun).
Cleanliness could be better but was adequate. Town is a bit far.
