Disappointing
The low price, and the fact that the apartment building is close to a big supermarket.
I paid a basic price. I got an apartment which was even below basic: The air conditioning in the bed room didn't work. The sink in the bathroom had a problem with the drainage. There was no hand towel, nor a bathroom mat. There was no kettle. The refrigerator didn't have a handle, as it was broken. There was a baby playpen, with a broken wheel (so it was standing at an angle) - I have brought a baby with me, but if I did, I would be angry. The sofas were old, and really inconvenient. The sleeping mattresses were uncomfortable as well. The entire apartment looked a bit neglected. The apartment is distant from the restaurants area on the promenade.

We booked this hotel for one night. Upon arrival, we were told we had to pay an additional 60 Euros, which was not communicated at the time of booking. This was unacceptable from the hotel reception. We felt as if we were being misled. Since we relied on the booking for the reservation, I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Location is good, close to the sea and to the city center.
There wasn’t kettle in the room. There was a gas stove that didn’t work. We didn’t had shampoo in the room, only shower gel.

Good joint for its value, 15 min walk to downtown and overall a very chill area to hangaround if you don't like lot of noise around you. Would come again

Staff were delightful, the location was quiet and a nice walk to the centre and beach. The supermarket and gym next door was wonderfully convenient. I had an early flight and ordering transport for the early hours was splendid. The apartment itself had everything you need for an apartment and the room service perks of a hotel.
A few more wall sockets, I bought a multi plug and that solved that. Freezer did leak water onto food in the fridge but very minor fault.

1) The apartment smelled of household gas - the staff said that this was normal ! ! ! 2) We were moved to a room without a kitchen - there, in order to control the air conditioner, you had to visit the reception. 3) The invoice was issued only after the 6th visit to the reception and a promise to complain to Booking.

If you arrive at night, the place looks like out of a horror movie. It's an old building and the lights in the corridors don't work. My window was left open before I first stepped into the room, so it was cold since it was winter time. At least 2 of the lights in the bedroom were not working. People can't distinguish between light switch and doorbells, so they ring the bell of people's rooms when out in the corridors.

Breakfast N/A. The apartment was a lovely size, opposite the hotel which was a nice, homely and comfortable hotel, but it was very quiet when I was there. The hotel is situated in a nice little quiet side street just off a few main roads.
I was disappointed that my balcony hardly got the sun even though there were not many people staying there at the moment. It was a little bit further out of Larnaca than I hoped but I soon got used with it and there is a good bus service (424 or 425) about 10 minutes away. I was also disappointed that it was difficult to get down to the seaside as the land nearest the hotel belonged to the Larnaca Harbour or it was fenced off for land of the future so you had to walk a little way either way, to get down to the seaside.
