The location and the villa itself was really nice
The hot tub valve wasnt closed so we changed 4 different villas in order to find a hot tub that worked properly. In every villa ive been (all 4 of them) the bathroom was a total mess. The hot tab, the sink, the towels all dirty!! I also have photos to prove it. Ill never this place again

The hotel's stuf was very friendly, polite, plesent and helpfull, especialy all the receptionists and Preet who was very nice and , profecional and plesent. The room was comfortable and the food was tasty.
It was not conviniet to travel to Larnaka with the public trufic, evenso it is not fur.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Friendly staff and management, breakfast was like a 5 star hotel, friendly reception, restaurant a la card menu was excellent, restaurant staff friendly and smiling, view from room was amazing, but what I enjoy most is the sauna ,massage and spa for relaxation.

It was nice before I paid. After I paid guy from reception started his behaviour as a moody princess and ignored me.
I booked a room with "one or two beds" (couldn't choose two beds by booking) which was for my mother and aunt and after they came there was only one bedroom in entire hotel with double bed so they were forced to sleep together. They told us "we will bring you extra bed" - ok!
Extra bed was not a bed but small couch on which they put bed sheet just like that. Impossible to sleep of you ate an adult. Shameless! Dark light in the bathroom and not cleaned well.
If you ask for a room not from the street side, you will get exactly from the street side.

Great value for money hotel. It actually exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazing, very friendly, and polite, especially Michalis and Preet!! I would definitely revisit soon. Their spa was also a great experience.
