Thank you very much to Vasilis for a very wonderful time holiday in his marvelous house !!! The house is located a minute's walk from the sea and the beach. There is a small shop at the entrance to the territory. The house is located close to the cafes and restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed spending my vacation with my family in this house

It was badly maintained, doors almost falling off, toilet seat loose, window blinds a disgrace, window shutters wouldn’t open, broken chairs, bugs in the main bedroom, no cutlery or broken cutlery, lights not working inside and out, got disconnected from Netflix so we had no TV, broken windows.

House was just like prescribed. We had all the facilities needed, host even left some extra stuff for us and was always available and kind to help us in case of question. Beds were comfortable. It was clean if we keep in mind that it’s a beachfront house and it’s very difficult to keep it clean from sand and humidity. TV, gas, hot and cold water, air conditioner, wifi were working very good. Neighbourhood was amazingly friendly. It was nice also to drink cup of coffee under a lemon tree in the morning while reading and playing with cats ?. It was just few steps to the beach, where sand was really the best compared to nearby areas. There were shops , tavern, ice cream and coffee houses which were very great for spontaneous planning.
There is nothing me and my family didn’t like.

Cyprus is beautiful! The location of the house is excellent, and it is also a very good starting point for Ayia Napa, Cape Greco, etc. It took around 1:45 to get to the highest peak Olympos. It is 2 minutes to well working market, and one minute more to an excellent taverna Vlachos! The beach is also 2 minutes max. And a big one and not crowded. The house is spacious, though a bit older - but assuming you are going there for holidays, it provides totally everything you need. There is also a washing machine, so we managed the whole 10 day holidays just with a small suitcase :-)
It took a surprisingly long time until we received plastic bags, toilet paper, and clean sheets - as the stay was quite long. But it was eventually solved anyway. You just don't expect to wait a couple of days for the basic stuff.

I loved the lemon tree in front of the house. :) The size of the apartment is very good, it was comfortable. The shop and the beach was very close, so location is perfect! The water pressure in the bathroom and the kitchen was much better than in other places.
In the bedroom with two beds: the mattress(es) were very uncomfortable. They should be changed. It would be nice to have a separate toilet downstairs for those who cannot climb up the stairs easily. When we arrived the apartment was not properly cleaned - especially the floor.

Communication with the property manager was very good.
The property is a lovely property in a lovely complex however it is clearly missing some love and attention. 1. Cleanliness- House was NOT cleaned before we arrived. The whole house looked as if it wasn't thoroughly cleaned for many weeks. Dust, sand and dirt was everywhere. Floors felt like you where walking on the beach, dust on all items of furniture. Cobwebs in the living room corners. Even MOULD! Yes Mould! In the living room. We ended up cleaning areas of the property with my wife after arrival- just so we could make it a bit more 'habitable'. 2. Not maintained properly. The house really could use a fresh coat of paint. There are stained walls everywhere and even parts where the plaster is falling off the ceiling. Bits of furniture both outdoors and indoors was broken. The bathroom mirror is held on by cello-tape! 3. Shower: There is no real way to have a decent shower in the property. The water pressure is BAD and the shower head cannot be supported ANYWHERE, making it a mission to get a simple shower. Additionally we where two people, left with only ONE set of towels. Towels looked as if they where bought back at the turn of the century 20 years ago! Replace them please!!! Also no basic supplies in the house upon arrival, toilet paper, dishwashing sponge etc. If you are the owner reading this review, it doesn't really take much. A thorough clean, a paint job, fixing/replacing some of the furniture--- all easy fixes that can bring this property back to "life". Cause it's a real shame. Its a lovely house, in a lovely location , on one of the best beaches in larnaca! And it's been left to rot. Such a shame. On a positive note, the property management company was very understanding when we showed and explained all the issues to them. If you're looking to "camp it out" in a home next to the beach. Then this is your sort of place. If not, we suggest you wait a bit until the owner fixes the issues
