Great location. Very close to the parking lot. Beautiful views and very clean! Thank you also for letting us borrow a cot. Also came to clean in our short stay. Very accommodating!
Kitchen is a little small to cook but it's not a problem since it's lovely to eat out.

All was perfect! The apartment is very clean and comfortable, with cooking facilities, fresh towels and bedding! Don`t take your shower gel. They also have it. You can enjoy drinkable running water and a perfect view. The 2-bedroom apt we booked has a lovely private veranda where you can spend the evening. The river with a cute workout spot is just below your windows. Above all is the priceless mountain air. We slept with the veranda doors open and just enjoyed. Definitely, will be back to this lovely place! Thank you, dear hosts, and see you again!

Knowing in advance to park in the large car park (200m to the north) and walk to the property rather than trying to drive closer down a very narrow street

Everything, the room was very clean, the kitchenette was fully equipped, microwave was very helpful. Jacuzzi and fireplace made our stay extrra special. Great location. The host Yiannis was very kind and accomodating.

Everything was perfect! The location, the studio, the customer service we received. We got an upgrade at no cost to the deluxe studio, we could check in earlier. The studio itself was clean, speciaous and super cosy. There was a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table, sofa, TV, huge and comfy bed and bathroom with jacuzzi. To make it more perfect there was also a fireplace, and the owner left us wood at the doorstep. The place is in old Kakopetria, on a quiet and stunning street, just a short walk away from a big store and the restaurants.

The complex is composed from varied apartments, we ordered a small one fit to our needs ,but our kind host, yannis, upgraded us for no special reason just because a bigger apartment wasn't reserved. The place was cosy, wooden country like old housing, with a fire place and balcony that views out to mountains and rever. You can easily walk down the stairs for a short tour along the river. It was fantastic.
The kitchen was equipped with all you need to serve yourself with homemade meals and a small fridge.
The parking has to do with some walking distance from the apartment. It is only a hassal if you have a lot to carry. Otherwise its not a big deal at all.

In a lovely location in the old town. Small stroll through beautiful lane to get to centre. Host was a very nice man.
Sofa bed didn't work, so bit uncomfortable.
