The location is very nice, right on Nissi beach. The room was clean.
The personnel was really really rude, i honestly think they need to train their personnel how to talk customers. I was asking for help to order a taxi, as i could not find the entrance of the hotel on the app, the receptionist just ignored me by saying i don't know and pick up her phone to talk to somebody and nobody replies to your good morning.

The hotel has a great view and an amazing location right by Nissi Beach — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. The food was good and the overall experience was pleasant.
We did have a bit of an rude and unprofessional encounter with the staff at the Famous Bar, but aside from that, everything else was really good.

The room was very spacious, super clean, with the best sea view ever. The bed was big and comfy, the pillows were so soft! There is free wi-fi connection in the whole hotel ant it was very good. Breakfast was also great - with everything you could imagine. Location is perfect - just two steps from the beautiful Nissi beach. Pool is huge!! And very nice. Bus station to the Ayia Napa center is just next to hotel.

The hotel looks new. Everything is clean, you have everything to relax in your rooms: sleepers, brushes, glasses, etc. The breakfast is good, as well as the cocktails in the bar near the pool - great value for money.
There are just two things. We have asked to give us room NOT on the first floor much in advance, the hotel staff accepted our request. The arranged room was on the first without any comments :)
The hotel does not run the spa inside the building, but it looks like very poor option.

We liked the staff, cleaning every day, bed was amazingly comfortable, rooms hae everything you need, the help with the luggage, also on last day when you check out that there is special luggage room and showers and extra towels so that you can enjoy and use your last day, the spa massages were great. When our baby was ill all of the staff did their best ti help: special food at 23h, called hospital, doctors, taxis and afterwords always asked hows the baby doing. Also how close the hotel is to the beach
At the dining we have to mention Miriam she really made our stay!
That on full board, for lunch and dinner you have to pay for drinks, even water, that was also the case in one other 4 star hotel in Protaras so apparently thats how it works on Zyprus (maybe its free when you take all inclusive)
Appart from that really satisfied and good quality for the money

The hotel has a perfect location — just across the street from the beach, with access to several beach bars. The pool area was very nice and clean, and the pool bar added a great touch. There’s also a restaurant on-site with very good food and attentive service.
Unfortunately, the overall hotel service was one of the worst I’ve experienced. Upon arrival, we were asked to leave a €10 deposit per person just to get pool towels. You could only change them 3 times a week during specific hours, and the towel station closed at 6 PM — meaning you had to leave the beach early just to swap towels.
We also requested an iron and were again asked to leave a €20 deposit. On the last day, hotel staff refused to come pick it up and told us to bring it down ourselves, saying “it’s not heavy.”
Basic amenities like daily water were not provided. When I called the front desk to request some, I was told to buy it from a nearby supermarket.
On our check-out day, we were told we missed the towel return window and couldn’t get our deposit back, even though the towel spot was just upstairs and would still be closed at our early departure time. Only after a long argument did they agree to take the towels and return the deposit.
Breakfast was also very poor, and to make matters worse, we found a worm in the vegetables.

everything was excellent. the staff was supper friendly and helpful. I have never met staff who are so friendly and deeply interested in the well-being of the customer. the location is perfect - sand beach is across the street. food was delicious and variable. rooms and hotel is very clean.

We booked the sea view room and it was exceptional. Great location in front of Nissi beach. What more would you wish for. We booked FB, but HB would be better. Lunch menu was a bit limited for vegans, but friendly staff prepared extra menu for us.
The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low, but it was manageable. The shower drain in the pool area was constantly clogged. Other than this, everything is superb.
