The pool and location are good .Food is tasty .
Rooms are not clean, everything in room is too old and there are not good facilities . Reception service is also too bad , we checked in late because the rooms were not ready

It is a good value for money hotel. Excellent location, walking distance from Landa beach and the bus stops. Good food - nice variety. Great pool, nice staff, entertainment, overall positive experience.
Ideally, it needs to be updated, and cleanliness of the rooms could be better overall.

We were a family of six (3 adults and 3 children under 10 yrs old). We had such a lovely stay here. The location is 5 lazy minutes to Landa Beach (soft white sand, perfectly clear water, clean sunbeds, not too noisy).
We loved the apartment as is was really big and the cleaning was done every single day. Indeed, the furniture is as in the pictures, "vintage" but clean.
The pools were also clean and not too deep (1.45 m the adults one and 0.40 the kids one ), enough sunbeds around the pool for everyone.
The food was so tasty. Not 10000 tasteless dishes, but around 20 each one of them with full flavor. Fresh fruits at every meal, veggies, salads, all types of meat, and a kids small corner.
We loved our stay here. We are actually looking to book the same for next year.

The food was amazing. So many choices and it was very well prepared. Choice of drinks too. Swimming pool area was so comfy and location was so close to the Landa Beach, 10mins. ride to Ayia Napa Center
WiFi was working only at the swimming pool area. AC in living room was broken. Sraff could be more kind. They were closing restaurant and moving food always before the end of a meal time.

The location of the hotel is perfect. 15 minutes walking from nissi beach and in front of Landa beach. But from the center it’s far, to be honest we did not want to be close to center cause it’s chaotic and noisy. Pool is great, food is delicious and stuff is so nice. Definitely recommended.
I did not like old style rooms, no facilities, I asked for the hair dryer and couldn’t get it. Actually they say it’s in the room but trust me impossible to use for hair drying. Internet isn’t working, take into consideration.

The price was ok for what we get
We didn't received the hotel which we booked. They booked us a room in Ramada Ayia Napa with nothing to do for the kids and no beach for bathing. It was acceptable as we had a car to go to other beaches. Otherwise it wouldn't be an option.
They offered us a full refund for our booking. But only on arrival.

The location was good a little far from the center in a quiet and peaceful place. In front of the hotel is Landa Beach, the hotel had tidy and clean rooms. The staff cleaned the rooms every day. Food was very good, catered for all categories of people (allergic, vegetarian)
What I didn't like was that the rooms I booked on the booking website were not really such rooms, although as I mentioned, I found good rooms.

Pool an location from beach was great. Alao food was with big option.
