I like the location even though it was pretty stiff uphill when you were going towards the house, but it was like 7-8 minutes from the city center.
There is a little funny part if you are not reading the description so when I arrived, they told me that the air conditioning was chargeable and they charged me like seven euros for a day. Also the Wi-Fi was not working properly and it was pretty laggy.

Everything was great - location, separat entrance, apartment, comfortable beds...
Jana, the hostess, is extremely accommodating and ready to help in averything. She also brought us cakes :)
Although we have arrived early in the morning (midnight flight) there was a ready room waiting for us, which we were informed about the day before.:)
Across the building is the Fruit Market (there are other things too), and nearby is the weel-stocked Eleana Supermarket:)
We stayed 16 night- towels and bed licencu were changed 4 times.
We had a very pleasant stay - we will come again. :)

Everything is as shown on the pictures, well equipped kitchen, cozy spacious living room, hot water was awailable always,the hostess is a lovely lady, very welcoming and evan brought homemade cake one evening. The apartment is in the walking distance of the center and city beach but far enough to catch some sleep as the parties in the main street are very loud, clean sheets, towels are regularly replaced as well as regular garbage collection. Right across the street is a fruit store, further a 24/7 market which is very convenient.
The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low but ok, not a major issue.

The owner was so nice and helpful.
The location was great, close to shops, bar and not far from the beach.
Flat had a nice size and a quiet balcony.
Small beds, old furniture, but worth for the price.

I liked that it was clean and close to the centre of Ayia Napa. The staff was so kind and accommodated our needs (had a late night check in). I would definitely recommend the apartment for a short/long stay if you're on a budget and want to get the most value for your money.
It would have been even more convenient if the kitchen had been better equipped for cooking. While it had the basics, additional utensils and cookware would have made preparing meals easier.

Cleanlines, nice and comfy, quiet area not too close to nightclubs, amenities within walking distance including a supermarket, fruit shop, laundrette and some restaurants, friendly helpful staff (family owned), had kitchenette with fridge and cooker,, TV and private bathroom, quiet neighbours most of the time.
Stairs (2nd floor) due to problems with legs, but we did not advise the owners in advance. They may have been able to give us lower apartments. There is no lift but they carried our luggage upstairs and downstairs.
Occasionally noisy neighbours or people on quad bikes at night.
Broken safe we could not use.
No toaster or microwave oven.

Location. Accommodation was located right in the heart of Ayia Napa which gave us access pretty much everywhere.
Doors left unlocked after cleaning and/or replacement of the towels.
Pillow sheets were dirty (blood stains)

Our stay at Terpsithea Apartments was great! What we liked the most is the host that was very welcoming and kind to us. The location of the appartment is very good, in the centre of the city.

Very friendly and nice people at the reception desk with smiles on their faces and very welcoming which makes your experience even more nice! Location is very good. 5 minute walk from the strip, 15 minute walk from Limanaki. The room was clean and simple.
To be honest the i think the price could have been just a tine bit lower. I dont know if it was the dates that resulted in the price being that, but no regrets. The beds were a bit noisy and i wish they were a little bit more comfortable.

Nothing I didn’t like. It was as described. A basic self catering appartment which was very clean and not far away from bars and restaurants or the harbour. Very reasonably priced

Great location. Comfortable apartment, very spacious. Our host was sooo kind and welcoming!
Airconditioning is not included in the price. Have in mind that you need to pay 5e per day if you want to use it.
