Wonderful
The hotel’s location is excellent—right in the heart of town, with everything you need literally on your doorstep. The property itself is new, modern, and very clean. Both the room and the bathroom are quite spacious, strong water pressure in the shower. Breakfast is very good.
The beds were a too soft for my liking, though that’s a matter of personal preference. Unfortunately, noise is an issue around the hotel. When I saw that it was adults-only, I expected a calm, relaxing atmosphere—but that wasn’t the case. On one side, there’s a karaoke bar that stays open late into the night, and the “singing” isn’t always easy to listen to ;) On the other side, there’s an amusement park with loud music playing until the early hours. Even with the windows closed, the noise is hard to block out. It’s worth keeping this in mind if you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday.

The bed and pillows are really good. The breakfast was quite good. Rooms were clean.
The room "with the pool vew" actually looks at the karaoke club, which you can hear till 3 in the morning, even with all windows closed. We were at the end of the season, maybe because of that the plants in the lounge and bar area looked "tired", dry and unpleasant. The gym reeked of mold. The hotel does not provide electricity adapter. The guests have to buy them.

The location was good, but sometimes it was a bit noisy. Overall, it’s a nice area. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, and they welcomed us with champagne in our room.
The hallways could be a bit cleaner, but our room was clean, and whenever we asked for cleaning, the staff responded promptly and took care of it.

Close to main streets and nice pool.
The breakfast was disappointing. Even with the windows closed, you can clearly hear all the noise from the rides in the park outside. In addition, guests are required to keep the same beach and pool towels for two days, which feels unhygienic, and the staff keeps track of it.

When we arrived they mentioned that our room had some AC problems and they offered us an one-night upgrade to an incredible room. The next day they have solved the issue with the AC and our room was ready. Even though it was a standard room, it was still amazing. Had everything you need, nice view over the city and seaside and very comfortable beds.
We also appreciated the hotel staff as they were very friendly and helped us with everything. The breakfast was delicious and had everything you need (eggs, hams, cheeses, vegetables, cereals, some fruits and sweets).
The sunbeds and the pool were also a nice touch and we enjoyed our time there when we were not going to the seaside.
It tends to be a bit noisy from the outside karaoke bar/ amusement park. If you have issues falling asleep with noise, then you might find it difficult to sleep, but for us it was not an issue.

Great location and the staff was very friendly and kind. The pool area was great with a very accessible and nice bar attached to it.
Due to the location being at the very centre of the busy area we could hear the music from the nearby bars and karaoke until late in the night.

Great location. Super nice staff. Free parking for guests. Quite modern hotel. Close to the beach.
Pool closed at 6pm. Don’t get that rule.
Poor selection at breakfast. As a vegan I didn’t have a lot of options. It would be nice to serve local fruits.
Very thin walls, loud music from the luna park, just a warning for others- if you need to sleep in peace, it might be hard.

Noisy brits everywhere. But they are in the whole city so what can you do. Sometimes they act like animals but oh well.

Very good location, although a bit noisy at night. Nice variety of dishes for breakfast and dinner. Spacious room with a fridge, glasses and a TV. A balcony with a nice view.
AC was not in a perfect condition and was making annoying sounds from time to time, so I couldn't sleep well with it. Dinner did not include free drinks which is ridiculous for the money paid. No water refreshments in the room the following 2 days.
