This is my second time here. The location is amazing, near everything. The breakfast is really good. Pool area is comfortable. And thე staff is amazing. I AM IN LOVE WITH PETRA ? She is the star of the hotel. Both times that I arrived she made me feel like at home. She is so friendly and welcoming. I will come back here again just because of her ? thank you so much for ეverything.

Location is great, very central.

Delicious food for breakfast and dinner.
There were few not properly working items in the room, but they were fixed fast upon request.

Location was excellent, one of the best beaches Pantachu was 5 min walk, the center and the street with bars and shop also 5 min walk! The food on breakf and dinner was different and various and delicious. The staff was perfect

The location, food was good and pool was chil. Room size was good.
Towels change every two days, the dinner doesn’t include any drink and you’re charged for it- this isn’t acceptable.
Door keys don’t function well and have problems.

Clean. Nice pool and wonderful poolside bar. Great location just 4 minutes walk away from the square. Staff were super helpful and allowed me to have breakfast before the kitchen opened. I will definitely come back.

Good location if you don't have the room facing the street. Close to center with bars and shops, while the rooms were reasonably quiet. Also hotel was nicely decorated, felt modern.
Some of the staff was really nice, but some were pretty bad, especially the guys at the reception desk. I was asking at the reception about late check-out 2 days before we were leaving, but I was told to come back next day. The next day I was told to come the day of departure at 10 am. So I did that and they tell me "Sorry, you should have come yesterday"?! It turned out they completed forgot about my request, even though I raised it twice in advance. Also swimming pool area wasn't the greatest and gym was rather tragic.

It was very central to everything, the staff were friendly (Pia on the front desk and Katerina in the restaurant were absolutely amazing). The room was comfortable and modern, the pool area had great vibes. The breakfast was a wide variety and delicious!

Everything was perfect. The location of the Hotel is amazing. 7 min. Walk to the beach and clubs street. The breakfast was very good. The pool area was comfy. The staff was so friendly. I have traveled to many countries and I have never seen such an amazing staff. HUGE THANKS TO PETRA. She is The Best. She does everything to make you feel at home and comfortable. THANK YOU ?

Very friendly staff and very nice breakfast
The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The walls are very thin and you can hear even the neighbours flushing the toilet, there is music in the pool all day long so someone has to be up to it especially if you have an inside room. During our stay ( this is not the hotels fault) In the evening - early morning young people got back drunk from clubbing and they were being loud in the corridors and interupted our sleep.
