Apartment is comfortable and equipped with necessities, very clean, and with parking. Great host. Close to shops, taverns, discos and access to the sea. Quiet and peaceful at the same time. Recommended!

We had a very nice stay here. The apartment was very clean and pretty well equipped. Very close to the city center and bus stop.
The windows are not soundproof and we could constantly hear people talking outside or cars passing by, especially during night, but that wasn’t a very big deal for us. Bed mattress wasn’t so soft.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the central area and bus stop. Even though it’s close to the clubs, it’s quiet at night. The host was very helpful, allowing early check-in and letting us leave our luggage and change clothes before check-in and after check-out. Overall, it’s a great place for the price.

Nicely equipped, very spacious, comfortable accommodation in a very good location, with amazingly friendly and helpful hosts. The bus taking people to the most stunning beaches stops minutes away from the accommodation.
The wifi could be a bit stronger, but that is not such a huge problem.

Comfortable and clean place with friendly hosts. It has everything we needed.
The apartment is a short walk from the center and the beautiful beach.

The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Having stayed at various properties near the main strip in Ayia Napa, my expectations were realistic, but this property exceeded them all!
The apartment was spacious, with two full bedrooms and two additional sleeping areas, providing plenty of room for our group of six. It was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed.
Overall, it was a wonderful surprise and the best low budget stays I’ve had in the area!
the underground parking was very tight to get into so best to avoid it if you have a large car
