Easy parking
The rooms are outdated, we had mold in the bathroom. The bed and pillows weren't comfortable. The price doesn't match the quality of the room

Its location is perfect and really convenient. Close to all the great taverns and the main street of Ayia Napa. Lobby and apartments were clean, provided adapters to charge, and breakfast was really good.
Beds were slightly not comfortable, not a lot of shower gels and shampoo.

Kindly welcome with full instructions, staff very kind and helpful.
Hotel without house rules. Late at night loud talk and big noise through the hall to the early morning. Nobody warning the guests for the noise and nobody cares about that from the hotel staff. Beds are non-comfortable as well.

place was pretty quiet despite being close to main road and not too far away from main town.
very very dark unless you want everyone staring into your bedrooms. we stayed in a two bed apartment, pictures make it look lovely and bright but reality is, it's on the ground floor and you only get natural light by leaving the door open and bedroom curtains and let people stare at you walking past. very little usable equipment for cooking anything and please note, the terrace looks directly onto a stack of broken chairs and bins in the carpark. you can't see it well in the pics but that's the reality.

It was comfortable enough for a short stay. It is really hot in Ayia Napa - so a well-working was a really good thing to have. We did enjoy the breakfast they serve there - 8 EUR per person, and you get plenty of options: eggs, sausages, cheese, bread, pastry, fruit and coffee.
The room looked bigger in the photos. It was on the ground floor and the balcony could fit just 2 chairs and a table, and it is just a on the ground floor between the buildings. Make sure you have some earplugs if you are a light sleeper like me - Ayia Napa in general is really buzzing with live at night.

Good value for money.
Pleasant staff.
Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices.
The location could have been better as it was at the top of a hill, but at least it was quiet at night.
The bathroom lacked ventilation or windows.
The room was modest, and the kettle in the room was dirty.

The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. I am especially thankful to the owner, Mr Antonis, who was always super friendly and helpful.
