It is marketed as a 4 star resort, which isn't. There is visible wear on room furniture. The bed wasn't double as booked (booked it as a queen size).

I cannot fault the staff at all they were very welcoming and friendly.
The room was tiny, stuffy, no ventilation especially on the bathroom. Room always had crickets and spiders in it.

Disappointing
We liked the location as well as the pool.
Unfortunately, the experience was poor. Although the staff was nice, the service was poor. For an all-inclusive Hotel, it was a disappointing experience. We traveled with 3 families together with the kids. We specifically asked to be next to each other. The location was far from each other claiming no vacancy but other families arriving the next day got the closer unit next to our friends. You saw no true intentions to help. No towels and when asking, they promise but nothing was done. No soap or shampoo except for the first day. No cleaning of the room every day. The bathroom smells all the time. Between our room and the adjoining room was a door. Noise all the time. Instead of placing families with small kids in a quiet place, they put partying young that were shouting all night. Kids asked for a basketball. Nothing. Only one tennis ball. Snack bar with a shortage of food almost every day and staff who give you an attitude and faces when asking for something.
For us and the other 2 families, it was an unpleasant experience to say the least.

Location and the environment.
The hotel was not clean at all.
The room was very dirty when we took it.
And the next day they did not come to clean it. Only did the beds.
When we walked on the floor our foot was black from the dirtiness.

The view from the terracce to the pool was marvelous. Very spacious room and bathroom, very clean and staff who is there to help you ( we had a urgent matter and they immediately respond). The breakfast was excellent, fresh food every day, with a lot of choices (traditional, Mediterranean etc). The wifi was great, also. The location of the hotel is very good, you can walk by the seaside promenade which is only 1 min away. We really enjoyed it!
There is good beach near the hotel (very rocky).
