The location, is near to everything, still can be noises sometimes. Also is very close to Nelia Beach, but is a combined sand and rocks beach
The air conditioning in the room was terrible; there was no remote control to adjust it from the bed. Even though there was a control panel on the wall, it didn’t respond to any commands. At night, it blew unbearably hard, even on eco mode, and was extremely noisy. We slept very poorly because it was either too cold, too hot, or too noisy. Horrible.
Then, there bathroom smells very bad, was not pleasant

Loved everything,super friendly and helpful staff, always ready to assist. Tasty pool bar food, and a clean pool that was never crowded even on a weekend day, although it is a bit small. Great beach access, easy parking, and the location is perfect, right in the heart of Ayia Napa but still very good for a good night’s sleep.

The location only. Apart from the night receptionist, and the breakfast guy, no one is welcoming on the front desk and everyone is caught up in their own stuff. This is why I use hotels with rewards program like Bonvoy, IHG, Hilton Honors.
The property was excellent location, but that was that. I booked a sea view, but got a side seat view. Never again I will stay in this property ever again. My fellow associates stayed next door at Nelia, had a wonderful experience. I picked the Okeanos for boutique, but received less than boutique experience.

Location is perfect- on a beach and close to the city center. We had a room with a sea view and the view was stunning. The room was cleaned every day. The staff was very polite, especially the people who worked in a restaurant.

All staff members, reception, cleaning, dinning room, managers, everyone, were always very friendly and helpful.
Location is perfect right on the beach and close to everything.
Easy beach access.
Food was great, especially at breakfast and dinner.
Great service for the all inclusive package.
Very clean.
Relatively small hotel - not too crowded.
Rooms that face the beach have a great view, especially on the top floor.
Some rooms have maintenance issues. Our room has a bad sewage smell coming from the bathroom which they tried to fix but could not and we had to move to another room. In the room we moved to the sofa bed was a bit crooked. The shower temperature is inconsistent and can suddenly change to colder or hotter for a few seconds by itself. The staff are trying very hard to hhelp fix everything but some things they cannot fix in time.

Excellent location close to restaurants with really nice seaviews. Friendly staff. Good selection of food on the breakfast. It was quiet period so there was always sunbeds available on the pool.
Although it is forbidden to reserve sunbeds with towels in the morning without going there for long time, some people were doing this and staff didn't care about it. No soundproofing between the room and corridor. There could be also better lights in the room as the interior is also dark.

Staff,food, and view from the pool were exceptional. We travelled with baby and got big help from everyone. Amazing experience and will come back for sure!!!
The only suggestion i have is to replace the mattress, which could be better...
