Ambient is really nice. Everything is super clean and stuff is friendly.
We paid 20 euros pizza that was actually frozen pizza bought from supermarket across the street is a sin to serve as part of your menu.
Breakfast is not worth the money, please find new recipe for crepes because those one tastes like recycled paper

I loved everything about this property! The location was perfect, and everything was spotlessly clean. They provided towels, which was a nice touch, and the pool was absolutely beautiful and cozy — a great place to relax. I’d also like to give a special thanks to the staff. They were fantastic, always friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Nissi Park and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is small, but that’s exactly what I liked about it. The rooms are simple but very clean and comfortable, with everything you need.
Even though all rooms were busy, it was always quiet, no noise from neighbors, just calm with soft background music.
Everyone at reception and in the restaurant was welcoming, helpful.
The location is excellent: just a short walk to Nissi Beach.

Very nice hotel with great value for money. Good breakfast and nice staff. Was great to have a kids pool! They also offered to use their sister hotel. The hotel's standard was certainly more than 3*!
Would have been nice to have a play room or little playground for kids.

They didn’t clean the room when i put the sign the left the cups unclean they didn’t change it i had to call the reception and go downstairs to see what’s wrong and after that they sent my 2 clean cups

One of the best experiences of hotels we have had so far. This hotel deserves all 5stars. The location of the hotel itself is very comfortable- 2-10 min from every good beach in ayia napa. The building is very cosy - its mostly white and you cannot find a single dirty spot. The breakfast is served outside - it was so enjoyable, so refreshing. The food is great, we had only breakfast which was very tasty and also ordered some food to room - again very good! The cleanness is amazing, everything is new and clean.
Each and every staff member is a gem, the receptionists, the housekeepers and the waiters all of them so welcoming, so willing to help.
Overall - great hotel, I would revisit again and confidently recommend.

We loved the ambience of the hotel. As a smaller, boutique style hotel, it suited our needs. The location was excellent, with a large supermarket directly across the road for all your incidentals, a bus stop 2 mins walk away and several beaches within a short stroll, just perfect. The breakfast buffet was really good, offering a variety of food and drinks. A huge shout out to the staff, they were absolutely amazing!! Super friendly and helpful with tips on where to go for dinner, drinks, shopping, and everything else in between. The pool is small, but very clean along with the sunbeds and garden area. It honestly felt like we were at home, but with the added bonus of waiters and cleaners at your beck and call. Great place for couples, families or just a group of exhausted mamas that needed a weekend away to recharge.

Very nice atmosphere, the staff is friendly and the service is on spot. We had a great time at the pool, in the evening we enjoyed live music and happy hour. The food was good which was a plus as we didn't have to travel far to eat. I loved the plants and flowers around the hotel, it made it even better.

Can’t wait to come back to Nissi Park Hotel again! Short walk to Nissi beach, loved the Cat Care Project and we loved the cute, friendly cats in the gardens. Beautiful well manicured gardens throughout, serene relaxing lobby. Such wonderful staff was the best part, always felt welcomed especially from Giorgios, he was so attentive and kind, always quick and efficient with a kind smile. Great selection of entertainment as well! Best stay I have had in Cyprus! We will be back again!
The dinner menu was a little expensive, but the buffet made up for it! A little disappointing that the pool closed at 19:30.

This was my third time staying at Nissi Park Hotel (and not the last for sure!), and once again, it was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was wrapped in calm, beauty, and care. The design is stunning - soft, clean, and peaceful, with thoughtful details everywhere. The staff made me feel so genuinely welcomed and cared for, which meant the world, especially as a solo traveler. The spaces to relax are serene, the food is fresh and flavorful, and everything is spotless. It’s the perfect retreat.
Honestly, nothing stands out - everything was truly lovely.

Nice, cozy hotel, with a chic pool area (very clean), pleasant inner courtyard and terrace. Cocktails are very tasty and there is also a 30% discount between 6.30-7.30 pm.
While there was variety for the breakfast bufet, the sausages and bacon were not so great.
Also, when cleaning the room, providing coffee and toiletries would have been nice.
