Very Good
Quiet, clean and friendly staff.
The room was beautiful, the beds and sheet were comfortable, and the balcony is enjoyable.
Breakfast was various and delicious.
The shower in the bathroom didn’t contain any door, the floor was all even that water filled the whole bathroom foot which is risky for slipping when you come out of the bath.

The bed was very comfortable
Location was good very close to the luna park it was a 2min walk which was nice, there was a bit of noise but that didn't stop my newborn from sleeping

The staff is very good and helpful
The hotel is located near the Luna Park and several nightclubs, which made it difficult for my family and me to sleep due to the noise. After midnight until around 5 a.m., many young people who had been drinking were laughing loudly and disturbing the peace, which significantly affected our rest.

I really liked my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect - crowded streets, bars, luna park. The room was always clean, the staff was friendly and nice. I really liked the pool and pool bar. Our dinners were tasty.
There is no room service, but you can order everything by local delivery apps.

Avoid This Hotel – Terrible Experience
Don’t let the photos fool you. The service was awful. When the front desk staff saw I was from Israel, he said, “I don’t like Israel,” which was incredibly offensive and unacceptable.
The room was dirty and outdated. The beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was gross and in serious need of renovation. While the air conditioning worked well (the only positive), you could hear every noise from outside – people walking, talking, and cars driving by – because the rooms are outdoors and poorly insulated.
Overall, this place is not worth the money. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

The staff were really welcoming and accommodating. They helped us with our questions and kept the facilities clean.
The breakfast buffet could be better. A lot of the food seemed that it was frozen and canned. Could have more fresh meat and fruit. The chicken nuggets were awful.

Great location, good breakfast and dinner polite restaurant people.
Stuff on beach bar not polite, not many speaks English. All inclusive i need to buy water to have it in the room, Only offer water in glass. Limited local alcohol drinks.

Nice small hotel, ideal location in the centre. Basic rooms but had everything you needed, clean and bright.
Staff on reception were lovely, welcoming and helpful.
Not a huge variety of food choices for lunch, the food itself was nice but not a great amount of choice
