Wonderful
Very nice pool area and the luxury sun lounges that you rent is super nice. If you didn't want lounge beds there were plenty of sunbeds available for free. We'd prefered to åay the extra for that nice feeling and nice privacy since you did have a little disrance in between. Good with strict policies that no floaties or ball games allowed in the pool to maintain the calm relaxing atmosphere. Christina was a fantastic lifeguard that had such a nice and calm approach to tell guests about the surroundings. She was so good in interactions with guests and made it personally. Pool area was run spotless. Poolbar had good lunch menu for a reasonable price, service was super nice and efficiant. So were the waiters at the restaurant.
Breakfast could be improved but the basics were included. Bathrooms needs an upgrade.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Nestor Hotel in Agia Napa, booking reference 5050444027. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expected standards, and I believe a refund is warranted.
During my stay from 14.08.2025 to 15.08.2025, I encountered the following issues:
Upon arrival at approximately 20:00, despite my confirmed booking of a deluxe room suitable for three people, I was provided with a much smaller room that could not adequately accommodate three guests.
When I raised this issue, the receptionist insisted that the assigned room was a deluxe room. This was later confirmed by housekeeping and maintenance staff who entered the room to install an additional bed that they couldn't fit an extra bed and that was not a deluxe room . However, the extra bed was not prepared or available upon my arrival, causing further inconvenience and delay.
The conditions provided did not match the booking confirmation, nor the standard reasonably expected from a “deluxe” category room intended for three occupants. The room was inadequate in size, comfort, and readiness for the number of guests confirmed in the booking.
The attached photographs clearly show the room’s inadequate size and unsuitability for three occupants. The space was cramped, and the addition of a temporary bed only further highlighted that the room was not fit for the purpose promised in the booking confirmation.
This amounts to a failure to provide the accommodation and service that was contracted and paid for.

Food is not good. Better to eat out. They adding the Parmesan to the pasta with no taste… (the cheapest one - it was the explanation from the server).

Very clean property, lovely staff, decent location if you want to be near Limnaki beach
The AC wasn’t working when I arrived so it was super hot & staff advised to just open the door which isn’t safe when sleeping. The AC definitely needs an upgrade

Nice location, very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The large swimming pool is a big plus.
The breakfast was too traditional; hardly any options for vegan or gluten-intolerant people. Plus, the gym was a little uninspiring and the toiletries provided were of rather poor quality.

The pool was nice.
The staff in reception wasn't nice,
They are not very nice.
We took all inclusive, yet the hotel is still trying to take money from you on whatever they can
The food was bad. We had to eat out.
The indoor pool water were so cold we could not enter even though it was August!!
No activities are really interesting for kids.
The room has full light in the morning so you wake up as soon as the sun rise!
Will never go back there again.
