It’s close to the centre and the harbour where there are many good restaurants
I didn’t like the towels. They seem to be very old and even if you see that they are clean, the colour is so that you don’t want to use them

The night/midnight front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Upon my arrival at past midnight, I found that I needed a phone charger. The front desk staff was very helpful.
Housekeeping staff was awful. I had to ask for the sheets to be replaced as I moved in. The blankets/sheets were dirty as if the room had not been cleaned after the last occupant had left. I had to request bath mats and towels as the used ones were not replaced. The towels and sheets were dingy, discolored and tattered. Housekeeping was often times unresponsive - I had to call the front desk and request towels. When housekeeping provided the towels I requested, they were rude and reacted as if they were doing me an extra favor for bringing me the items I requested.
Upon cleaning the room, Housekeeping left the room completely open all day. I left the room mid-day and returned to a room with the front door that was completely open - not just unlocked, but open. It was scary as I didn't know if there was someone else in the room. Thankfully, it didn't seem as if anything was missing from the room.
The overall feel of the place was dank and unfriendly.

Loved the spacious room and hotel position: close to the main square and to the beach.
Breakfast was ok, the staff in the Breakfast area was nice
The staff at the reception was ok: we were "greeted" by a young gentleman at our check in.
At check out we weren't even asked from the lady at the desk how was our stay or anything.
Customer service is definitely not their thing.
Such a shame because the hotel is super nice and in a very good position

We liked the place because it was close to the beach and city center, it was rated at 8.7..but i'd give it a rating over 9..the food at the restaurant was good and alot to choose from ..we had the breakfast there and it was really nice..they have a supermarket where you cand buy everything you need .good value for the price ..i'd recomend it!!!

Good location not far from beaches but most importantly the staff is very friendly and welcoming starting from the receptionist Olga to the cleaners and the waitress in the restaurant and also serving a small dessert as a bday cake was definitely a nice gesture so all in all a warming vibe

Spacious rooms, good breakfast buffet, great location.
With the restaurant doors and windows all wide open, the cigarette stench from the outermost tables makes breakfast hard to enjoy. I reckon it's not unique to this hotel, but I'm pretty sure the law does not force the managers to allow smoking at any part of the restaurant. Food and cigarette stench do not mix well.

Booked the room only to meet with friends in Ayia Napa so can't comment on the facilities/food but the room was big and clean. Check-in and out was quick and easy.
There was a bottle of water in the room and tea/coffee facilities.
Even a small fridge which would have been better on a small table rather than on the floor.
Free parking down the right hand side of the building. Don't go for the very large car park next door which you have to pay for (we nearly did).
The curtains could not keep the sun out in the morning. Needs blackout blinds

location is excellent, near to Harbour and top fish restaurants, but in a very classy quite street 300 meters to Makariou and main bus station
room was very specious with huge balcony, bathroom is simple but new and clean
shampoo smells was amazing, room was properly cleaned every day
Thanks to Monica the small waiter with beautiful smile, breakfast was nice
highly recommended hotel
no bellman to carry the bags up :(
