Everything was good: the food, amazing breakfast, dinner also was good, a lot of choice and variety food, the location( you have everything near to you: supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, etc).The view from the rom was amazing, located near to the beach wich is very nice, the pool, cleanliness, staff and overall atmosphere!
The only downside was the bed, to soft.For anyone with back issues, it’s almost impossible to sleep on it as the mattress is extremely soft. Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

It was a very nice hotel, the staff was very polite and it was really clean! The breakfast was good, there were a good amount of options. We really wanted to get a massage at the spa but it was fully booked.
The only thing I really hated was the fact that there was zero soundproofing… we could hear everything!! The hallway echoed and we would be woken up by kids running up and down.. someone locked out of their room and knocking the door to get in, the cleaners passing by with their trolleys, someone passing with a car by the street and blasting his music.. honestly its a shame because it really ruined the experience. I would have given it a 10/10 if it wasn’t for this. It’s a shame

It was beautiful and clean with a great beach view and comfortable bed and also we had a great massage at the spa ?
The first thing is the amenities like water, we just got one bottle of water when we checked in and also there wasn’t any tissues available and when we asked for them they told us that they don't provide that and for a 4 star hotel i think those things must be available throughout our stay and the last thing is the reception employees most if them don't welcome us with a smile or anything, they were a little bit rude

Location amazing the staff are super friendly and super helpful very clean hotel
The only issue is the pool very small and full of kids
But this hotel made our stay even way better

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are extremely friendly. The food is delicious, and the entertainment programs are engaging. The pool itself is nice, but since there’s no policy preventing guests from swimming with loose hair, you often find hairs in the water, which is quite unpleasant. The only reason I’m not giving a perfect 10 is that the bed linen, while clean, is worn out and in need of replacement. Aside from that, the hotel offers a truly pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

I got a huge upgrade for the room
The pool is a little small, and chairs around it are always taken, couldn't find seats ever.
Very important for us since we travel around the globe, the pool here closes very very early and the exercise room as well.
That was very disappointing.

The pool the breakfast the room
it's called a beach hotel but not exactly on the beach: you have to go go down to lobby the pool area then downstairs to get towels (very strict policy) then go back upstairs walk through the pool and lobby walk outside around the corner down the street a block then get to the beach chairs marked "nelia" on a semi private beach NOT adjacent to the hotel at all. Not cool...

The hotel is really clean. The stuff was super helpful. Cocktails inside were really good and very cheap. Location is excellent!
Walls of the rooms were really thin and we could hear literally everything from the room next door. Food was not excellent but not bad.
