Location is perfect! The pool is great, just you need to reserve a spot a bit early. Stuff cleaned our room perfectly every day (big thanks to Munipal). Breakfast was really good, with a lot of choices for everyone.

This property understands that details matter. When we arrived early, they served us a refreshing beverage and got us into our rooms early. Once in the room, there was a plate of fresh apples and cold water for us. Our rooms were comfortable and impeccable. Hitting the pool in the afternoon, we always found a spot, and the crowd was very relaxed. You definetly should take advantage of the Spa. The staff there are so cordial and do a fantastic job. The breakfast is not to be missed. There is everything - yogurt, fresh bread, english breakfast items, boiled eggs, granola, buffet of baked treats, bougatsa (get there early), leek pie, buffet of meats/cheese, champagne, tea, juice (many types) etc. The bar staff at Soma are so friendly, even when they tell you that it is time to close. Don't let the fact that it is not beachfront keep you from booking here. Once here, you won't care about that. Also, if you want to hit up Limnaki Beach, it i completely walkable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
I didn't like the fact that I had to come home. We would have stayed forever.

The location and the staff. The hotel is with great vibes. Nice pool, clean rooms, good restaurants
The presentation of the food in the dining room could be better. There is a great variety of foods but it is not well organized.

The room was very nice, the beach was very close, and the location was perfect to walk and enjoy the food with nice restaurants
I enjoyed the hotel and the facilities, and the front office Manager was very kind and very professional. The pool was great, and so were the massage facilities. I recommend (Svetlana)

I liked the staff very much and the beds were comfortable.
The rooms are dated. The first room was above the night club. Those rooms should not be used. It was ridiculously loud all night. I should have received a free upgrade after no sleep the first night along with the fact that the courtesy water was missing. However, I had to pay for an upgrade. Free water should be provided every day. The bathroom shower gadget did not work. Someone came in to show me how to do it, but it was impossible for me. They need to fix it. I had to take baths. The staff and location are amazing though and the beds in both rooms were comfortable.

Adults only, friendly stuff, all what you need, nice breakfast with greek food
People reserved pool sun bed chairs with their towels in the early morning. Thats strange and maybe could be a rule, that this is not allowed. Its more a feedback about people not about the hotel

Central location within easy walk of most of Ayia Napa’s bars, restaurants and the harbour.. Low rise set around a lovely courtyard area containing the pool, bar and restaurant. The poolside bar had comfortable seats and was a lovely place to relax in the shade.
Minor niggle was they only provide a free bottle of the water in the room upon check in and do not replenish the water each day of the stay. (Note the tap water is not suitable for drinking).
Not the hotel’s fault - but selfish people ‘reserving’ sun loungers with their towels early morning and not turning up to use them for hours on end.

The hotel is in a great location. Nice breakfast each morning. The aesthetics of the hotel, particularly the restaurants, are quite luxurious which is nice. The bedrooms are quite spacious with a modern feel. I didn't use the pool area which looked fine. They accommodated me well by moving me to an alternative room which was less noisy (near the front facing the road). But overall the area isnt that noisy in early April. Adults Only which is also a bonus. Staff were always pleasant and made me feel like a valued guest.

The outside pool is a good size . The bedding was nice .Food exceptional.
The pool area is very grey as surrounded by buildings , a little more colour , maybe hanging baskets . The bathroom was very small , and no where near dressing table in room to plug in kettle or hairdryer , had to use plug next to bed .The pool opening time is 10 which is quite late as some people want to swim before breakfast , alot of pools open at 7 or 8 this surprised me

Helpful staff but in such old,dirty and damaged hotel it does not make the right value.
Dirty and broken furniture,strange toilet and bathrooms which definitely need reconstruction.
Breakfast... very basic,poor,very old and used hotel atmosphere in general.
Hotel has a potential but need some investment to make it new...
