Wonderful
A bit off the main streets and shops, and a steep walk up to the hotel from the beach, but it was pretty nice. Staff very helpful and friendly.
The buffet food could have a bit more choice.

Welcoming and helpful staff, spacious lobby area, lovely pool, comfortable room and bed, very clean, great breakfast, good position opposite the scupture park.

Breakfast was very good and I had buffet one evening which was also very good.
The staff was experienced and offer excellent cheerful service.
A mature property with wonderful pool garden. A 3 star hotel
with 4 star hotel level.
Everything was better than I expected, so no negative comment.

+ good food. They cook really tasty, both for dinner and for breakfast (lunch was not taken);
+ the cost of living;
+ location. 5-8 minutes to the beach on foot. It's not as noisy as in the center of Ayia Napa.
- the hotel needs interior renovation. Old doors, rusty storage drawers, a creepy ceiling in the room, and an obviously old air conditioner. The hotel looks better in the photos than it actually is.
- beach towels are not freely provided. It seems that you need to leave a deposit, as it is not usual and not convenient.

Everything was just fine and better than expected for the price we paid. Friendly checkin and checkout. clean room. complete choice of items for breakfast. free parking for the car, decent pool, shady garden with trees. Most impressive is the location. Our room had see view. It is about 200m from a really nice beach and about the same from THE sunset spot, just opposite the cactus and statue garden, next to the bus station if you want to go to the other end of Agia Napa. We did not need a bus as we found nice bars and restaurants in walking distance.

Quiet at a good location. Breakfast was OK.
The condition of the room was just unacceptable. First of all, when entering the room a bad musty smell was present. Second and worst of all the bathroom was very dirty with soap and small insects inside the bathtub. Also, there was hairs in the bathroom floor and dirt in the bedroom floor. I am sorry to say that these show lack of respect for the guest. I have stayed in other hotels in the area and the standards of this hotel do not compare by any way.
