The place is really nice, walking distance from Makronissos beach, which is our favorite in Ayia Napa. The food is good and the portions are huge, two people can share one meal. The room was clean and comfortable.

Great apartments, cleaned everyday. Breakfast was nice, you have a lot of options. Bus stops are near so the city centre is easily accessible. Far from all the noise so we slept nicely. Beautiful beach (Makronissos) is a 10 minute walk away...All in all, we would come here again❤️

Clean hotel with pool. Beautiful makronissos beach 15 min walk
Far from the center. You have to take bus , which due to the high season is always crowded.
Rude staff, esoecially tiny blond girl at the desk.
Additional bonus: despite the notice , they dont take amex.

We were two families with five kids in total, and we rented two apartments. All of the apartments were new, very clean, and spacious—easily accommodating five people The service was truly exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly and warm; we felt like we were visiting family rather than staying at a hotel.
The food was amazing and very affordable. We intentionally chose to eat only at the hotel during our stay, trying something different from the menu each time—and we were never disappointed.

My room was spotless!! The place was so clean, I was very very impressed. Also the smoothies in the bar were very nice and refreshing. Also, they offer 8 drinks for €26 which I thought was great value for money. Also, the bed was very sooo comfortable and the rooms were quite soundproofed. Didn't hear a single thing.
The breakfast. It was cold and there wasn't much variety in my eyes. It was pretty basic, however I can't moan too much as what you get overall for your money, was very good. This wouldn't put me off from staying again, no chance. Also, the cleaner kept on knocking when I was trying to sleep. She must have knocked my door non-stop for 1 min, I thought she would have got the hint. Then she just walks in!!! Wasn't happy about that, maybe put do not disturb signs in the room.
