Exceptional
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a very good location, which made it easy to get around.
The only downside was the internet, which was very poor.

It was big appartment with many useful things inside it.
The apartment was not clean, it smelled musty from the moment we entered. it was neat and tidy but it was not cleaned well at all. The ceramic joints in the toilet were dirty, full of old urine, I bought cleaning agent to clean it. the bathroom and the bathroom window had mold all around from humidity. The metal stand in the bathroom had soaps stuck to it from the previous summer season.
The main thing though was that all the green spaces around the apartments were full of tall greens. If you were not ready to open and host people, you should not have opened for the season.

Location, pool view, towels changed every 2 days
Cleaned the bear minimum, found cockroach in the room, toiletries were not enough for a 9 days stay ( i had to ask for more).
Kitchen had all utensils not cleaned.
Host not very responsive and never know when reception is open.
Reception and all around the compound is not well organized.
From the toilet window could see the backyard were all stuff was store in a messy way with old and broken things placed on the floor.

The staff at the reception and the owner are very pleasant and nice, looking to help. The location is superb, on the main avenue within the walking distance of the center of fun, but away enough from noise. The apartment is spacious, and has a good kitchen. There's a nice pool and pool for kids too which was great for us. Everything could use a renovation, but it is all right for the money, so we were satisfied. There was only one thing we didn't like - cleanliness.
The main thing - it should be way cleaner. Bathroom wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived with hair from previous guests, there were dead ants and bugs on the floor that I purposely just swept on the side and it took the cleaning lady 7 days to clean that even though it was visible. The baby crib was so dirty that we never used it, and the dishes weren't clean either upon arrival. I ended up cleaning the bathroom and kitchen myself. Towels are not folded nicely. The impression is that the cleaning service has 0 interest in doing their job properly. There are no basic things like salt, pepper, sugar, oil which we typically had when we traveled, but okay.

The location was very good and the rooms were clean
We stayed there one night . We booked a two room apartment.the aircondtion in the one room didnt work . We had to sleep without it and it was very hot . Not a good experience at all. The owner couldnt fix it or call someone to fix it .there werent any other free rooms for us to move there . The solution that was given to us was to get our money back and go to a different place to stay . We didnt leave because we didnt want to spend our holidays searching for a new place to stay .

Wonderful
The staff were really nice and helpful. Location is great, you are about 5/10 min walk to the city centre. Apartment was nice, and it had 2 AC units which was great. The apartment looked exactly like it did in the pictures. Overall we had a very nice experience and will definitely be booking again if we come back to Cyprus :)
The only thing that bothers me is the cleanliness, it could be a little bit cleaner. It would also be nice to be able to leave the AC on when you are at the beach to come to a cool apartment. And I wish there were more utensils in the kitchen, a bigger trash can, and a rag to dry the dishes.

The air conditioning is working.
The bed sheets were clean.
The room is big and has all the amenities.
The lady from the reception seemed nice.
In the bathroom there is a terrible smell.
The water on the wc is not working as it should. I tried to take a shower in the morning but there was no warm water.
There was also a worm on the bath floor.
The wifi is terrible.
We will not return there again.

Very Good
The hotel's location is excellent, situated halfway between Nissi Beach and the city center, making it easy to walk to both. The swimming pool is lovely and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The maintenance of the common areas and gardens could be improved. A bit more cleaning and some new flowers would really enhance the hotel's image.

The location is excellent — very central and close to everything we needed, including the beach, restaurants, and shops. It made our stay very convenient and enjoyable.
The overall cleaning could be improved. Some areas didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned, and a bit more attention to detail would make the stay even better.
