Exceptional
We had a truly amazing vacation
The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful beach and a large, inviting pool. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from every day – something for everyone!
What made our stay even more special were the staff members. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and we especially want to mention Kyria Andri and kyrios Vasilis seeing their warm smiles every day was such a joy.
The only downside was the outdoor area of the kids’ club. Although it was clean, the sand had a strong smell like cat urine and feces, which made it unpleasant for the children to play there. I would strongly suggest replacing the sand with artificial grass or another cleaner material.

Spacious rooms, really nice sea view from the balcony. Good variety in the breakfast buffet and also dinners were nice for most of the times (although not very kids-friendly). There was a pool table that we played several times, for 2EUR (coin-activation). Seems like the rooms were quite clean after housekeeping.
We were missing soaps and toiletries, it seems that hotel is a bit cheap on those since we asked several times (we had more than one shower a day) and only got 2 more, just one time. Lobby and bar area not so clean (chairs, tables, etc.). Some old furnitures, holes/ stains in some of the rugs in the corridors - not that disturbing but also not what I would expect from this level of hotel. Some stuff need to be changes, updated and renovated. Kids corner very slim: located in the far side of the outdoor pool, and inside a massive sand crate. The room itself is very small and the most of the toys and things there needs a modern boost. Meals during the day by the pool bar were a bit too expensive for what you get (around 60EUR for a family of four, mostly sandwitches). Almost nothing to eat for a vegan in the buffet and dinners - only a vegan burger in the pool bar.

Just the view
Everything is dirty.
Wifi doesn’t reach most rooms (as per my group i traveled with).
The smell of the breakfast in the lobby is very disgusting.
The elevator is always smelly and unclean.
Some of the staff are really kind the others are extremely offensive.
The electricity next to the bed makes sounds and it seems dangerous.
The women staff in the reception are very unhelpful, whenever i ask about a certain place, they don’t know. How about put a concierge next time if you want to avoid giving people information.
Overpriced, if i knew these were the services i would’ve paid the 100 euro difference between this hotel and a 5 star hotel.

Nice hotel 10 minutes walk from the center of Ayia Napa. Room was not large but clean and functional, the beds are super comfortable, and with a balcony to the sea and pool. Staff was friendly, except when we checked in and realized we got rooms on the 1st floor when we consistently asked for upper floor, and we arrived right at 2pm when checkin starts. This was however settled after talking to the manager who was very helpful.
Pool is large and great, bars near the lobby and the rooftop were wonderful as well. We loved the theme nights by the pool with music and shows. Breakfast was great. Overall we liked the hotel and enjoyed our stay.
Food at dinner was plentiful, but the quality was not very high. Kids club was small and not much activity by the staff. The beach is nice but the water was sometimes full of brown seaweed and therefore the water was not inviting. Again, overall we liked the hotel though.

Thank God for few persons who made us feel welcome (sherif (at the poolside restaurant) , stella (at breakfast), georgia (at the kids club).
Room is small compared to Grecian Bay hotel. We paid almost similar amount last summer for same number of nights at Grecian Bay hotel and everything was much better there: location, room, resort size, staff... when the towel person goes on break no one replaces her. If the lady in the kids club is on a break, they close the kids club. Staff could be better and more friendly. Staff at the reception should be better trained and more friendly.

The pool beach and breakfast were very good. Also the rooms were really highly noise proof.
The beds were on the firm side which I really like.

Wonderful beach, perfect for families. Beautiful sunset. The room was always very clean (despite all the sand).
