Wonderful
The hotel in general is very nice, with a great location, excellent food, and very friendly staff — especially Mr. Antonis. The Fish tavern was fantastic.
The hotel is nice overall, but they could be more organized. At breakfast, there should be better control of table allocation instead of guests just sitting anywhere. Also, while the sunbed reservation service is good, we were told on the second day that no beds were available during the day and had to wait until 10:30am if no one showed up, which was disappointing.

The breakfast time would appreciate extending the time to 10:30am or 11am as in holiday you don’t wanna be in rush.
Also, for 5 starts hotel would expect proper coffee facilities in the room.

Location and relatively clean rooms. Proximity to the beach.
Even though this hotel has a lot of potential it was one of the most disappointing holidays I have had ever. As a cypriot just the sun and the proximity to the beach, these things do not wow me. First of all the reception ladies were not that welcoming or gave us any information which was useful and important such as the wifi but mostly that we had to reserve the sun-beds if we wanted to go to the beach of the hotel! Which I find a significant part of the information since if you go without reservation you cannot find a bed trust me I have been there with 2 children, and the guy who is in charge was extremely rude, he even called my husband “mastre” which proves that NO 5 STAR RESORT SHOULD TALK TO CLIENTS LIKE THIS! It is a shame but the service in general is not that great, the porters were the only ones that were kind. It definitely needs some renovation but that is not that important I guess as other basic needs are not met.

Grecian park is ( was ) my N 1 Pick in the Island.
I have always recommended this choice as 1st opportunity for whoever wanted to visit Cyprus/ & the Ayia Napa/ Protaras.
The whole staff gave me/us the usual/special attention I have been used to throughout all of ( my over) 10 visits to Grecian in the past 2 years.
Was however totally disappointed when, upon requesting for flexibility at the reception, for 2/3 hours late check out, due to a late afternoon Larnaca departing flight, the reception staff rejected immediately my request, stating that they were short on (sea view) rooms, which was not to me confirmed upon checking on the spot the hotel same category rooms availably on the same day! Not to mention also, that my late check in, 23:00 on the 3rd of July, was clearly mentioned on time, giving room to the reception to handle cases like mine, & to use “my” facilities to accommodate late checking out visitors.
In brief, I am sure I should have been given a different treatment, & this experience has pushed me to look for other alternatives…
Please make sure to identify, your regular visitors & to give them the special A to Z treatment they deserve!! They are not walk in clients .

Really, the hotel has the best location in that area. Very clean, very comfortable, and very -very organized . Highly recommend for the east side of the Cyprus.

The facilities both in the room and on the grounds are well maintained. The staff are friendly and there is a wide variety of things to do at the hotel. It is located a short walk from restaurants and night life but you don't hear the music either, which is very nice.

The location to the city, the distance between hotel and beach, the sun beds were the best ones, with comfortable cushioning.
The bathroom with tub was very uncomfortable, the water pressure was low. The room doesn’t have lights, only lamps, if I was leaving the hotel at night, I would have forgotten something.

The room we received (Bungalow Suite) is significantly smaller and differs from the one shown in the booking confirmation photos. This discrepancy was also acknowledged by a member of hotel staff. Despite my polite request at the reception to be moved to the correct room category, I was informed that no changes could be made.
Also the internet speed is very slow, only 5 Megabits/second.

We checked in - but the keys for the rooms didn't worked so we had to wait 50 minutes till they came to fix this and only than we entered to the rooms
moreover, we paid for sea view and got only partly sea view
we asked a double bed and got twin beds ....
No apologize from the hotel, no compensation
it really ruin our vacation
