The staff was really kind and helpful, check in and checkout was smooth. The hotel in general is really clean, including the rooms, lobby, breakfast area and the outside pool. Beds were comfortable, rooms were decently equipped. We booked the sea view room and the view was amazing.
Breakfast was OK at best. Very basic options, nothing tasted great after the second time, and there was little variety between the days.
Lobby is not air-conditioned after sunset, hallways have no AC at all and have a strange smell.
Bedroom TVs are really small
Shower water pressure is weak, temperature is unstable needing constant adjustments

Loved the pool, the nice stuff, the location! And of course the breakfasts! A quiet place, but in 200 meters you find all the convenient stores, restaurants and bars. They have soundproof windows that is one big plus?
We’ve booked 3 rooms and mine didn’t have a view at all! Inner courtyard view can be different and mine was unpleasant.
The WiFi didn’t reach the balcony and it was upsetting.
Trouble to reach a stable water temperature in the shower. One wrong move and the water is boiling hot, another move and it’s ice cold?

Room is clean, big enough and with fantastic view. Breakfast was ok, enough options to choose from, even though meals are almost the same every day.
It's near the great beach, near city centre and bus station.
It gets noisy in the night from outside, but it can be solved by closing the windows.

Reception Staff is awesome and helped us to extend car rental from airport. Said which cooking the eggs at morning is super nice - as well as everyone which helped us to enjoy. gym is small but effective! Free parking, great location - close to the public beach and close to the main road
Breakfast was repetitive for 3 nights in a row, but had enough variety to make it different

he hotel is absolutely amazing, and the location is beyond fantastic —just a 4-minute walk to the beach.
When we arrived, the staff was extremely professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. The room was even better than the beachfront ones, and despite arriving two hours early, it was already prepared and ready for us. At night, when we requested a change of bed, they were very cooperative.
The breakfast was outstanding, truly exceptional. The room itself was beautiful, well-designed, and included all the essential amenities. The closet was spacious, the bathroom excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, making the stay very comfortable overall.
General Impressions:
✅ Excellent location —just 8 minutes from the city center
✅ Delicious food —quality and variety were amazing
✅ Outstanding staff —helpful, respectful, and professional
✅ Great swimming pool —well-maintained and relaxing
If I visit Ayia Napa again, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to stay at this hote

1. There was no meat in the breakfast.
2. Two to three power plug adapters needed to use electricity. What the hotel provided was often broken or melted, and I had to buy it.
3. Surprisingly that the hotel does not provide one time using toothbrushes and pastes, also shampoo.

The hotel is within walking distance from the beach and city centre. Staff is friendly and the food was tasty. The parking is a bit limited. The only negative was a bad sewage smell in the bathroom.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Gaia Sun N Blue Hotel. The place was spotless, the staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, and the location was ideal. The breakfast was superb, with plenty of options and lovely food. Everything was just perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and would gladly stay again!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, sparkling clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.
The location was perfect, close to all the attractions I wanted to visit, and the views from my room were fantastic. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste.
Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The exceptional service, combined with the comfortable and stylish accommodations ,made my stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. I can’t wait to return!
