At the check in counter the staff was very welcoming. We were given a short tour around the hotel and our luggage has been brought to our room. The working hours were very satisfactional, the breakfast was generous and the variance of foods was great. The pool cocktails were priced fairly and actually very good, and the service was great.
We booked 3 rooms, 2 for couples and 1 for individuals. one couples room had a twin bed and the other had regular beds brought together. these beds were not good.

We have always booked in faros like once every year and we always booked it for our friends and family however this time it was not as expected it was less accommodating, not like it used to be..
They had no room service which was challenging, we had to ask for room service like cleaning every time we leave and the bin was waaay too small, no water spray and no upgrades like it use to be, we paying a large amount of money for our comfort, please they asked for our guest’s information which is weird as we are allowed to have friends over ..

Comfertable rooms, perfect location, great breakfast. But most of all - amazing pool. Kids had a blast.
The over-loud singing at the pool at night wasn't necessary to me.

Staff were absolutely amazing, my transfer did not come and the man at reception helped me and kept me company, the property is beautiful and has lots of facilities, had a room with a sea view and it was beautiful, smelt so clean too. Had 15% off the spa facilities - however they are fairly expensive compared to Nestor hotel which is in the area.
The room was very cold, the whole property was not soundproof so you can hear everything and it makes it hard to sleep, there’s also so much noise from outside too.
I asked for a blanket and was sent an extra duvet which didn’t help.
The duvets are not as clean as you would expect from a 4 star property.
