Perfect location! Our room was spacious with a balcony looking to the main street. We can walk to the clubs street and shops. The pool is great and big. Nice breakfast with open buffet. They also make dinner open buffet.
No swimming in the pool after 6. Too early to stop swimming !!

The staff trying to do the best they can for their guests. It was high season and small things can happen but they really try to do their best. Excellent location

Hotel is on the perfect spot. You have a restaurant and a nice pool. Staff is very friendly there and if you have any problems, they will sort it out.
I thought there will be a little night swimming, but that's not allowed. You can't even sit outside by the pool, having some chats. It can be noisy sometimes because of other guests coming back from night life. Gym is useless.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made my stay enjoyable. Cleanliness was average—nothing major, but it could have been better.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was quite disappointing and didn’t meet my expectations.

Shower cabin can't be fully closed, making it impossible to take a shower without making flood in bathroom, but that's the only thing I didn't like it there, everything else is excellent.

Very good location, polite staff, clean and large apartment, large balcony, basic but good breakfast. All in all, great place to stay!
Very few furniture and storage space. No way that 3 people could fit to the given closet. Not a single shelfs in the bathroom for the cosmetics, toothbrushes and so. Only 2 towl holders in the whole bathroom (in the apartment for 3 people x 2 towels), so we have to put them all over the chairs.

Very clean, staff friendly, brilliant location within walking distance of lots of beaches, bars, restaurants and only a short 10min taxi ride away from things such as the water park. Food and drink at poolside bar is good quality and a fair price.

The two nights stay were fantastic. Great location, minimal noise, comfortable and clean. The room was bigger than I expected.
The equipment in the fitness room was old, rusted, and needs replacing.

The property is only a short walk to a few of the nice beaches, there are also plenty of shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The hotel staff are all very welcoming and happy to help when asked. The restaurant is small but serves breakfast and a evening meal. The pool is a good size with a bar closeby. I am in a full time wheelchair user. There are ramps in and around the property. I stayed in a Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment and all doors are nice and wide with no steps. The bathroom was very spacious and although the apartment isn't a disabled room i had plenty of space to move around. i could wheel straight into the shower and i transfered onto a plastic patio chair , there are no hand rails around the shower or toilet but i managed to transfer on each without too much of a hassle. Ayia napa is a very wheelchair friendly place, most pubs/restaurants have a ramp and toilet to access and the Black pearl boat trip is also wheelchair accessible (although i didn't go on it)
I can be a little noisy at night with people moving around the complex (usually cause they are drunk) Other than that i couldn't fault the place.
