Great location- a short walk from the main tourist area yet very quiet. Great pool area and beautiful plants everywhere. The bed is comfy, the bedroom is spacious. The rooms are serviced daily and the towels exchanged, incl the pool towels.
The walls are thin so your comfort is heavily dependent on the civic culture of other guests. The water pressure in the shower is very low.

This isn’t my first stay at this hotel, and I always feel like I get great value for money. The location is perfect — right on Nissi Avenue, with easy access to everything in Ayia Napa, from Nissi Beach to the restaurants and nightclubs. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. You’ll find everything you need here. The hotel grounds are well maintained — green, tidy, and pleasant. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple but tasty, and the food and drinks at the pool bar are great too. Chris, who runs the pool bar, is just the best — super nice and always friendly with the kids. Overall, the hotel is very well organized. It’s officially a 3-star property, but these are very well-deserved 3 stars. Next time I’m in Ayia Napa, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.
Despite all the positives, it’s worth noting that the rooms are quite basic. And while there’s a kitchen, it’s not really one you’d want to cook in. Also, there’s no elevator, so, be prepared for a powerlifting exercise if you’ve got a heavy luggage.

Large family rooms with a compact kitchen. Balcony, nice breakfast(same every day) and fair dinner(changes every day)- we all had suitable variety of food. Great pool and tennis court. The Robinson restaurant is wonderful. Short 10-12 walk to attractions and restaurants around
Pillows were on the down side.

The hotel is cozy and comfortable, everything is close. relaxed during mid of October, facilities are in good shape and we had everything we need.
we spent 5 nights including dinner. on some nights the food was very good, on others- not so much. no tea sorts variety on breakfast. family rooms design is outdated, matrasses are not the most comfortable but ok.

I had an excellent stay at Euronapa Hotel and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The facilities are great, the location is convenient, and the atmosphere around the hotel is welcoming. Staff members were always polite, professional, and ready to help with any request, which really added to the overall experience.
Overall, my stay was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish, and I would gladly choose Euronapa Hotel again on my next visit.

The room was very spacious, and the terrace also.
The bed wasn't comfortably enough. The mattress was too soft. The bathroom is really small just for one person. There is not enough space in the wardrobe. The furniture is a little bit old.

We had the pleasure of staying at Euronapa and it exceeded every expectation from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient thanks to the very kind and always smiling Irina who was always willing to provide us with perfect suggestions for visiting beaches and local restaurants. Daily conversations with her, and other staff - the host Andreas, the receptionist Fotini and the restaurant staff leader Qareem made our stay at the hotel very pleasant. When the staff is so nice and smiling, it means that everything works perfectly, from the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, delicious food, to all the other services that the hotel has to offer.
Although it is not on the beach itself, the hotel's location is very good for those who, like us, like to visit different beaches: the bus stop is very close, and yet it is not a long walk to the city center along a street full of markets, shops, cafes and restaurants - everything you could need is very close by.
We are looking forward to coming again!

My hubby and I had the most wonderful stay at Euronapa Hotel. Every single staff member - from the receptionists to the waiters and cleaners - was incredibly kind, positive, and helpful. Their welcoming attitude and the overall atmosphere of the hotel truly made us feel at home. We absolutely loved our experience and are very grateful. Thank you so much!

For the money you pay there should be a dedicated parking, 2 in 3 times you cannot find parking as the property is open to all town to park if they want to. The pool on the 3rd day was very dirty.

The hotel is perfectly located, it is very close to all shops and restaurants.
It has a decent breakfast and a very good restaurant : Robinson’s.
Two of the male staff were nice and helpful, especially a man originally from Afghanistan, always smiling and helpful.
3 out of 4 female receptionists were very rude.
The rooms were dirty. Bedsheets and towels were replaced but the rooms were not cleaned properly. Floors and surfaces were not cleaned during our 6 nights stay!
If you have back pain or hernia, make sure to book a ground floor room because there is no elevator or staff to help with the luggage.

The location was great one of the best locations in Aya Napa, the main beach was to far but we never replace this location.
The room was fine and clean and we had everything we needed. Breakfast we didn't got up this early so we don't know. :-)
The air-condition was not working in the last few days, we ask and no one came to fix it.

Pretty nice hotel,large room facing the sea with all amenities,, it was a pretty nice and comfortable stay although i didn't like Ayia Napa that much the apart hotel was good
I thought it was pretty expensive and the next day after i booked there was a drop down in price of nearly 200€, but i blamed that on booking and their volatile offerting.
