The apartment was very good and very clean. the location of the apartment is 5 minutes from the center. And the owner was very friendly and she was there for anything you need. I highly recommend this apartment.

Room and toilet clearnes was realy good and room was quaite comfortable.
At first, we paid for air conditioning, despite of on the booking it was written thet it was included in room price. Wifi was really bad, it was only working on the balcony. The host wasn't attentive, when we asked something she was rude.

Smooth check-in, spacious bathroom, and good water pressure in the shower.
Firstly, all the apartments are different, but when booking, they are listed under the same category. As a result, I liked one particular room and booked it, but I was placed in a different one because the one I liked is only for three guests.
Secondly, the hotel’s “innovation” is charging extra for air conditioning – €7 per night. However, the room is advertised as having air conditioning. If there’s an air conditioner but you’re not allowed to use it without paying extra, then it’s not really a room with air conditioning. Considering Cyprus’s climate and the fact that the room is poorly ventilated and quickly turns into a sauna, this policy is at the very least unethical. By the same logic, they might as well start charging guests extra for using hot water, the toilet, or the kitchen.
The kitchen is tiny – no coffee maker, no microwave, and barely any cookware. There’s only a pot, so if you plan to save money by not eating out, get ready to reheat your sandwiches in it.
Overall, in terms of comfort, this is more of a hotel room with a kitchenette than a fully equipped apartment

Exceptionally clean! The hosts were very welcoming. The location is very close to the city center and bar street but at the same time very quiet at night. There is a supermarket with good prices and almost everything you might need very close by.
Very good value for money overall.
Your mileage may vary depending on what room you get.

The apartment is clean and located in a quiet part of town, but close to the center. The landlady Maria is available and always ready to help the guest. The stay in the apartment was pleasant.

Location is very good, apartment clean,beds comfortable.
Without air-condition isn't possible to sleep in apartment, because is small windows and there's not fresh air. Air condition take extra charge for 5-7e per day .

Lady looking after the property was very kind and helpful, location near the shops, beaches, and restaurants. Room was refreshed with new towels paper etc. This will be a perfect place for solo traveller or couple who doesn’t want to stay in their room and prefer to go out and explore like myself. Property isn’t the highest standard but a decent place to stay.
Unfortunately there are few things I would like to mention. Kitchen could be upgraded with new equipment as I couldn’t fully use it to make the food I wanted, I had a small problem with ants and other bugs therefore they on my 2nd day I bought some bug spray. Something that could be a great addition to the room would be iron and hair dryer.
