I had a very good stay overall—great facilities, comfortable rooms, and excellent, friendly staff.
Charging €3 for water during a half board dinner is not acceptable, especially when we paid €254 for one night. We understand charging for alcohol, but water should already be on the table and included.
This left a bad impression.

As im from Dubai, here if we request late check out they gave us free of charge .
But while im staying in 5 star hotel and im already paying big amount of money they request 50 to 100 euro extra and i was disappointed. I know its there right to ask but i wasn’t expected that since i stayed over 4 night

The rooms and facilities were spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly.
Food-wise they offered a wide variety of delicious breakfast and dinner options, with a daily changing menu, with a nice terrace accessible from every restaurant that provided a perfect setting to enjoy our meals.
One lovely thing to note is that the hotel was conveniently located just a short walk away from a very beautiful, less crowded beach that we absolutely loved.

The hotel staff was extremely welcoming, professional, and courteous. The hotel and our room was very clean. And the restaurant and restaurant staff was ab-so-lute-ly incredible.
For a 5-star hotel, we were very underwhelmed. We were greeted with a welcome cocktail. But it merely tasted like a weak lemonade-like drink. The hotel staff was very welcoming, but again, for a 5-star hotel, we were underwhelmed by the lobby and our room. We paid extra to have a room with a view, but the majority of our view consisted of the veranda roof. We did not visit the spa, weight room, or the pool, so we cannot comment on those. the food But, as previously stated, the restaurant and restaurant staff was ab-so-lute-ly incredible.

Everything was perfect , the service of the staff, especially Mrs.Irini that served us both at breakfast and lunch every day was such a sweetheart. The views from the hotel the energy the vibes the people staying there as well everyone were lovely. The gourmet tasty food every day !! Everything was fresh and warm well prepared for us. Also such a clean hotel always smelled amazing especially public shared spaces. The pool is very big and it overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and the sun beds way to comfortable !! Cocktails always on point!! And assistance always a second away!!
The only thing that was a little off putting was that if you booked for half board or full board you have to pay for your drink at lunch and dinner. At Breakfast it was always free, but it’s a bit of a shame to be paying half or full board and then to not have at least one drink included in it whether that is water or one can of sprite for example. I mean it’s funny to me that we pay for whole course meals and at the end their like.. okay now pay for your 2 euro bottle of water if we just got water or something else.. it just doesn’t make sense. In my opinion at least one drink for each person should be included in half board and full board.

This was my 4th consecutive stay at Amarande, won’t be the last for sure. Once you booked your staying here you do not need to check anywhere else, except if you got a kids ?
Everything was perfect, The food, the room, the view (if you booked sea view room), the service, internet speed and the most important the staff.
This time I got special treatment, as the hotel was fully booked during my stay in Ayia Napa, but Maria Antoniuo, the front office manager has made it a perfect stay and managed to extend my stay for rest of my trip.
Its not just a positive review, its what I truly experienced, I would expect the same will happen to you!

We had a wonderful stay at Amarande Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the excellent service throughout our visit.
The dinner was nice, though there’s room for improvement.
