Great location. Very nice, large and clean room. The Spa and its staff are fantastic. Good parking facilities provided by the hotel. Kids friendly. Great the hotel has direct access to a mini-market. Direct access to the beach.
Could not get a dinner table at the rooftop hotel restaurant. The tennis court is in a very poor condition and does not reflect a five star hotel. The breakfast room and quality of food is average. Certain areas of the hotel seems slightly run down.

The room was very good and the bed were very nice and comfortable. The Spa was also a very big plus in the overall experience.

Breakfast in the Atlantis adults only restaurant was very good, it was a bit chaotic in the main Dionysos restaurant where all the children joined their parents. Socci Sushi Bar was excellent. The Executive Suite was furnished very well with excellent bathroom facilities. Overall, the stay at the hotel was very good. The wine list was excellent.
The efficient air conditioning in the main lobby should be extended to the lifts and passages leading to the rooms. While the Executive Suite was an excellent room, it unfortunately faced the beach club across the road and there was constant loud music from early to late at night. This should not be a problem in the adults only-building which is on the opposite side of the property, but there appeared to be no Executive Suites in that building. The sleeper couch in the room's lounge area is uncomfortable for watching television. The options for having a light meal at lunchtime could be more extensive.

My room type was specious.
The promise had not been delivered. As the message was sent from property but nothing happened on checked in . It showed that there is no communication among staffs. I gave this feedback to the evening manager in the evening. There was no action taken.

The location of the hotel is really good, the sea and the coast of Nissi beach are very nice, it is wonderful for a beach vacation.the hotel is comfortable
I didn't particularly like the bathroom, it was too small for a long stay. The breakfast area room was too big, noisy and had a lot of smells. I didn't like it that much.

Very good location with everything around it or walking distance, various swimming pools but also beachfront.
Felt like it was extremely crowded, people rushing in every direction at breakfast cutting in line as if you are going to steal their food ?, some of the staff where very kind and polite and some of them very rude ( I asked a chef for an omelette and she pointed to the omelette bar as if don’t bother me with this ?). In the room (family of 4) I used the small bottle shampoo one night and instead of getting a replacement they closed up the bottle I used (which only had 1/3 in it) and put it back on ? I mean I am all for reducing waste but come on!! If you can’t provide reduce to a 3 star and let us bring our own products! It was all and all the small details which in my opinion make a 5 star what it is and it felt like mass production. It is not a bad hotel overall just I expected a lot more since my experience with other 5 star hotels was different.

Everything was excellent, it really did exceed our expectations. This resort was recommend to us by our friends, and by looking at the pictures first it was ok. But they renovated everything in the hotel, some pictures online are outdated and it's a shame since the hotel is beautiful. Family room was excellent and with a lot of space, pools are amazing and the beach is one of the best we've been to. 10/10

Away from the main restaurants and shopping street.. walked almost 40 minutes till the center
