We had a WONDERFUL stay at the Sueno Grande B&B. 4 relaxing days with excellent attention from the staff. The breakfasts were phenomenal, very delicious and a great way to start the day. The Sueno has a perfect location, close to the beach, main streets, shopping, and restaurants. HIGHLY recommended for comfort, great service, and safe peaceful atmosphere. Don't forget the fresh water pool for those really hot Tropical days. This is exactly what we wanted.
The fact that we were pressed for time and couldn't stay longer!

I never woke up in time for the breakfasts provided, but the room was clean and tidy. The pool was all natural and beautiful during the day. Martin and Dominique were welcoming and had great recommendations for the whole area!
The only recommendation that I could provide was that the room could have used one or two more hooks to hang things but that is so minor. One near the door to hang keys would be great for finding them!

Wonderful
Martin and Dominique are super nice and responsive. The location is perfect, an easy walk to everything, but not right in the main noisy street. Breakfast was delicious.
The facility is not at a fancy , all-inclusive resort level, so if that’s what you expect, go elsewhere. But this is laid back, Puerto Viejo, if you expect that, you’re in the wrong place anyway.

Great little AirBNB. There are only three rooms so it is very quiet and only a couple blocks from the main drag. Short walk gets you to all the restaurants and beach. The hosts are awesome.

Hosts were phenomenal. Very receptive and helpful. Extremely friendly and informative, sharing favorite local spots and offering us guidance. We would have missed some amazing local amenities if it weren't for Martin and Dominique being so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Room had all the necessities plus some extra amenities including natural bug spray and sun screen - and a local sweet treat in the fridge. Comfy bed. Thanks Dominique and Martin for a welcoming stay.
The only thing I would add is a later time for breakfast. However, I totally understand why breakfast isn't served later and it wasn't a big deal - just me being a lazybones:)

Well everything! Martin really thought of almost everything! The room was packed with great amenities, nice private coffee machine, sunscreen, repellent, and many other things to make your life easy plus a few gifts from the local businesses. An amazing pool and miniature waterfall to cycle the water. The water has only salt and sand in it no chemicals and still pretty clean. The place is close to the city centre almost 5 minutes walk from any shop or restaurant. Also great healthy breakfasts saved us a lot of time and money to get started with the day. Clean towels and beach mats are available at all times, and washed daly. An absolute pleasure to stay there!
Not much really. There are a few lizards living in the roof so if you are scared of these things you might get weirded out but they always run away when seeing you so we had no issues.

The place was pretty with lovely natural pool setting. The room has a comfy bed and all the essentials I look for- air con , safe , coffee maker and fridge .
The breakfast was lovely , including packed takeaway one last day when we had an early pick up.
The host Martin was really helpful proving advice re local area , bike hire and bus timetable

Friendly owners, gave us good tips on what to do in the area. Clean spacious rooms. Hot shower. Excellent location. Able to park car outside the property. Could easily score 10... in 5 nights stay (we extended our stay by 1 night) our room wasnt cleaned even once. Personally, I dont like dark sheets and towels; Doesn't have to be white, but at least a light colour... shower could do with a good scrub to remove some mould. We had a gecko living in our room, which we wouldn't mind being in costa rica, but they are pretty loud at night.

The room ( suite) was very nice, the bed and pillow comfortable, it was very clean and with attention to details. Complementary products (soap, shampoo, coffee, chocolate) organic and the quality excellent. I Really enjoyed the stay. The location is very good. The AC worked well. Ps: im very fussy when it comes to accommodations : i would come back again.

Our hosts were so friendly and helpful. The B&B is far enough away from the main road, so you still can reach everything easily on foot but are not too much harassed by the noise of the nightlife. We highly recommend this beautiful place!
