They did not answer Whatsapp after 7.and I needed help

There was a cockroach on my bed when I woke up ☹️

no lunch or dinner at the restaurant no staff available at night no food options around not in walking distance to anything pretty bad wifi even inside the rooms pool is a bit small for so many people no privacy no reception at noon

The hotel has severe drainage and plumbing problems. There were cobwebs in the corners of the doors, a clear lack of care and cleanliness. Because of the drainage issue, the entire room reeked of sewage. The bathroom smell was unbearable, unacceptable. It was impossible to use the toilet comfortably or even be in the room with that odor. Words cannot describe such a horrible experience on the night of my birthday celebration. A cleaning problem this severe should be reported, investigated, and fixed. If it smells so bad that the sewage odor penetrates all of room #6, it's very likely that other rooms have the same drainage problem, and the fact that the receptionist couldn't help by calling maintenance at the time was also irresponsible and unacceptable. It seemed the only one interested in helping was the owner, obviously to avoid a complaint. I really appreciate the owner getting in touch, but unfortunately, that doesn't change my rating or my experience of the place. The receptionist said I could buy incense to put in the room; even with burning incense that smell was untolerable unbearable, didn’t get rid of the disgusting smell coming from the bathroom, which penetrated the entire room. It’s clear that the room was not checked by the staff before arrival. Also, as you leave the property, the trash is piled up next to the gate, which isn't good either. People have the right to know if there's anything wrong with the place they're considering staying.

Possibly more towels for the floors as the wetness gets pretty pervasive.

-The room smelled SO BAD!!! It smelled like sewer very strongly -the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. My partner and I both had horrible back and neck pain each morning -the soundproofing between rooms is terrible so you could clearly hear the neighbours and we got woken up late and early because of them

The floor in our apartment was dirty and even though I brought this to the attention of staff and it was swept, it needed a good scrubbing. I had to wear shoes inside because the soles of my feet were black if I went barefoot. The fridge was broken and we had to throw out food. They finally replaced it at the end of our weeklong stay. My daughter had none of these problems in the Queen room which I would recommend over the apartment.The bungalows looked nice.

Night staff had a party one night near our room while we we trying to sleep.

The beds, were not confortable and all the beds sound with each movement.
