Amazing nature landscape with awesome access to cocles beach.
The smell in the bathroom is a real issue… despite clean, the sewage smell became unbearable.

The place is really nice and calm.
The rooms are very unique, stayed at the bungalows and loved their design, very different experience here at CR!
Also the surroundings were very nice, beautiful gardens and the hotel staff was always friendly and attentive.
The room had a peculiar smell, probably because of the wood they are made of or something they use to clean them.

I love the hotel; the staff are super friendly, and the breakfast is great!
The pillows aren't comfortable, and the bungalow doesn't have enough light inside, so it wasn't easy to see at night.

One of the most magical places I have ever stayed! Stay seamlessly amongst the nature in your open air bungalow (with AC unit which did keep it cool when needed). Listening to the sound of the waves just across the street, as well as the common overnight rain storms, were like a sound machine for the most perfect sleep. We saw so many birds, geckos, frogs, sloths, and agoutis (our new favorite animal) all on the grounds of the property! We loved it so much we booked an extra night. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful through our entire stay! Highly recommend.
If you are averse to having the occasional bug or lizard in your bungalow, this may not be the place for you, but we thought this only added to our experience!

Loved this hotel. Best receptionist who hooked us up with Marco and a sloth finding tour. This was right across the street from the hotel within an hour we saw 15+ sloths!! In the ponds we saw amazing dart frogs. The classic Thai rooms now with AC and by the pool we so comfortable. This was one of my favorite places in Costa Rica. It is a close drive to the 2 snorkeling beaches. Highly recommend. Dinner and afternoon coffee in the outdoor eating area was very nice.

The property it’s beautiful! So much vegetation, animals, flowers and the decoration of the hotel lives in harmony with nature.
I just didn’t like I couldn’t turn off the ac from our room.

Excellent breakfast, 3 choices available. It's great to have free water at the reception always and coffee/tea in the afternoon.
Nice pool, beautiful furniture, good water pressure, lovely gardens.
Pet friendly.
Good WiFi.
The room needs a small window to air it a bit, especially if you have a pet and don't want to open the doors as they might escape.
Some small additions like a minibar instead of the safe or having an ice machine at the reception would go a long way.
Would be interesting to add a restaurant to the facilities at some point and roofs to the sidewalks for when it rains a lot.

The service including breakfast is excellent; breakfast is freshly prepared and you can choose from several options; the hotel is within a well maintained garden ...and birds e.g. Tucan are visiting the flowers continuously; 3 minutes walk to the beach front (you have to cross the main road only); the stuff is very courteous, helpful and friendly
