Wonderful
Nice, quiet place in Puerto Viejo with jungle vibes. The kitchen was fully equipped and very comfortable to use. The room was nice and a good shower and bathroom inside.

It is a beautiful place filled with nature , and perfect location. The host was a wonderful lady who shared with me and my partner about the culture of Puerto Viejo.

The accommodation was very nice and comfortable, very cheap and I loved how you were surrounded by nice trees in the garden.
A big plus were the very friendly and cuddly dog (Bengie) and cats!
The personel and owners were really pleasant, fast to attend our needs and they gave us few fruits to try.
100% recommended!!

Wonderful
This is a very relaxed place, the rooms/ bungalows are located in a lush garden. There’s a kitchen for use but it would do with more kitchen appliances and utensils.
Located few minutes walk from the beach and main strip, but remains quiet at night. Also, it’s not backpackers place, so no party, just nice relaxed, quiet guests. I’d stay there again.
The WiFi wasn’t working in my room.
The shower was also temperamental- once warm , once cold ( perhaps depends of the warm water in the pipes?) sometimes just barely dripping.

The place are in at a garden where You can se a lot of animals like lizzards and different birds. Even kolibris. There is also a very friendly rottweiler and three cats that loves to be pampered by You. The woman that runs the place are very helpful.

Wonderful
Rustic cabins, near the beach, but not so near as to be disrupted.
My room used to be the front desk (recepción) so it was a bit noisy.
Roland is very friendly.
No soap provided.

Disappointing
The location is ok for Porto Viejo. Hole concept with plants and bungalows is well planed. I liked that we had porch in front of our room where you can sit and relax.Frendly staff.
Sheets were not changed. Towels were dirty. You can see that someone else was using them. Toilet was not working properly so they put towel under the toilet bowl. Shower curtain was moldy. Shower area was also dirty. Spiderweb in the room, dust, no
AC...internet was not functioning for hours..unstable electricity...

The nicely kept rooms here are set in a tropical garden in a quiet part of town, though just a few minutes walk from the centre. I stayed there with a friend and we loved the individual outside areas with a hammock, as well as the visits from friendly cats. There's also a shared kitchen and drinking water available which is a thoughtful touch. This was a great find and I will definitely recommend it and return
No problems at all.

Fantastic place to stay as a solo traveller. Loved all the pets! And the hammocks in each room is a great touch, I spent several evenings lying in my hammock with a cat snoozing on me :)

Really impressed by this place. Good value and good location, a few minutes walk from the centre but away from any noise. Rooms are fairly small but all have their own terrace with hammock and small table and chairs so there is space. Hosts very welcoming. Communal semi-outdoor kitchen is basic but does the job.
Nothing really but a few more utensils in the kitchen would be handy and fixing the light in there!
