In need of quiet, with rooms surrounded by well maintained beautiful gardens and with top of the world staff. The pro reviews outweigh the cons, by far, why stay anywhere else. Why waste precious time searching for someplace that you might regret staying at.

Owner is exceptionally rude--the rudest service industry worker I have ever met. He yelled that the "written rules" demand that people can't talk in their rooms after 10 and demanded "silence." The rules say nothing of the sort--they say that guests should not be on the patio or walkways after ten. The reality is that the construction/insulation is just so bad that sounds carry. After ranting about noise, the next day there was loud construction on the side of the hotel making for an unpleasant morning. The towels are ridiculously small. The entire room is visible from a small walkway with beds facing a giant wall of windows. The pool is only a couple of feet from other people's front windows/doors. The hotel claims there are "private" patios, but there is nothing private about them.

The owner lives on site and is super helpful. The rooms are very nice and property is clean and safe. The location is a short walk from the Main Street and beach. We really enjoyed our time there and would book again

Great location - minutes from the main drag but still quiet at night.
Very clean. Very friendly staff.
Rooms have one large window that looks right out onto the path so the only privacy is to keep the curtains closed. Which makes it dark.

The location is quiet - a great place to relax. Already before I arrived I felt so welcome with the easy communication. The location is perfect- only a short walk to the beach.
I loved my room which was really spacious and the high quality of furniture made me feel like home immediately.
Fantastic service, great vibes… absolutely recommend to stay here. ❤️

Really nice hotel, spacious room and it's nice to have a fridge in the room. Very friendly staff! The pool was a good place to relax. Safe and secure parking garage which we used for our motorcycles.
Hotel is just a few minutes walking from supermarket and plenty of restaurants.

Fabulous hotel a little tropical oasis, just off the main drag in PV. Gonzalo was really helpful and welcoming. The beds were really comfy and we loved the pool too.
