The bed was a steel spring mattress that was showing its age.

There was no clear direction of where your room is located. Hard especially when you’re checking in at night.

My room itself wasn’t good, in comparison to the other rooms available and how the rooms are advertised online. I was shocked when I got into my room. The room was clean besides a bit of dust and old cobwebs on the bookshelf and 1 leftover hair on the soap dispenser in the shower. But that is all I can say about the room itself. Though the shower in the room was amazing! It was an unappealing room. There were other rooms available when I checked in, yet I was assigned that room. The room is directly across from the lobby and entrance, so I had to hear whenever anyone was checking in or out, ringing the bell for assistance for the front desk, people coming in late at night/early morning and general chatter during the day. Also one of the windows in the room, looks out onto the entrance to the hotel, so there isn’t much privacy/protection from people leaving or coming into the hotel seeing into the room. Though to be fair there are potted plants that I think the hotel put there for added privacy. But it’s still jarring that lack of privacy. The hotel is a good place to stay as long as you don’t get my room. Request rooms 3 and up.

The shower in one of our rooms was not inside the bathroom, it was in the middle of the room with just a shower curtain separating it from the rest which is a bit odd especially if you're traveling with friends.

Our first room the bathroom had a million roaches it was frightening to come back to one night. Like they obviously live in that room. Also the ac in that room was above my bed. It ended up spitting water all over it. Luckily the owners were awesome and changed us into another room even though it was late at night. The next room had no issues and was also cute. We appreciated how quickly they resolved the issue.

There were some insects in the room, and the tooled paper ran out on the last day.

Sadly, some people working there (especially the manager) was not really friendly or helpful when I was being sick. I would have wished for more patience and understanding.
