Perfect location close to town and the beach. Lots of wildlife close by, we saw sloths from the balcony and monkeys right across the road. Highly recommend!

Eva and Jordi were so friendly and helpful. The location was great for access to the beach and also to restaurants and groceries. We were comfortable in our room and enjoyed our stay here.

Close to the town and beaches. Have air conditioning, cooking supplies and was very clean.

The apartment is lovely, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The location is excellent you can go walking to the restaurants, bars and the beach. The host is very kind.
The only negative point was the water, is not potable so you have to buy it, but this is expected in Puerto Viejo. And we noticed a leak in the room on a rainy night. They only accept cash, which can be an issue.

You’re getting the whole apartment for yourself with the separate entrance (the owner lives at the same level, next door), with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. It’s clean and spacious, with a lot of cute details handcrafted by welcoming and friendly owner - Heidi. It has good location - not in the very city center but close enough to get to nice cafes and restaurants, I’d again stay in the very same area.
The bathroom does not have a good ventilation and the shower pipes are bringing some unpleasant smell that could be easily avoided by providing the guests with a candle or some air refresher - but that’s just a recommendation for improvement not a deal breaker.
